J. MICHAEL WALLER: The founder of the Pentagon's Muslim chaplain program was Abdurahman Alamoudi, later convicted as a terrorism financier. Alamoudi also founded the American Muslim Armed Forces & Veterans Affairs Council (AMAFVAC) to endorse Islamic chaplains for the US military & Dept of Veterans Affairs.
