It would be a fantastic thing to see collapse. The question is how do we do it? Is there going to be a revolution from inside where you've got a huge security apparatus that would make it almost impossible to do? Is there going to be some sort of agreement that Trump makes with the existing regime leadership or something that nobody is really thought of?
What we do know is the Cuban Communist Party is doomed. It has a short lifetime left on it, and Trump and secretary Marco Rubio are committed to seeing this through. I think if we can take over the regime actually and make it work for us and then dismantle it from . . . piece by piece, I think it would be a fantastic step forward. Because imagine if we took control of the Cuban intelligence archives and found out who are all of the Cuban spies in America, who are all the Cuban terrorist agents in America? If we could get all of that intact through deals that we would have to cut, then I could see cutting a deal with the communist regime. But otherwise, anyone who doesn't cooperate 100% with us should not be free to roam the Earth without fear.
