Charlotte's Democratic Mayor, Vi Lyles, might be dancing on the grave of American justice today, might be dancing on the grave of an innocent woman from Ukraine today, but make no mistake, she is increasing an environment that makes street life less safe for everyone including herself, unless she's got a 24/7 armed security detail.  

The murderer of Iryna Zarutska had been arrested FOURTEEN TIMES before.

It’s beyond ridiculous that this monster had not yet been permanently locked up.
