NEW: Judge Royce Lamberth (Reagan) sentenced Eric Munchel, so-called "zip tie guy" to 57 months in prison, the amount sought by DOJ.

As discussed in Section II(B), Eric Muchel and Lisa Eisenhart's felonious conduct on January 6, 2021, was part of a massive riot that substantially delayed the certification vote from being carried out, stopping the peaceful transition of presidential power that is the foundation of our democracy and nearly throwing the United States into a Constitutional crisis.

As many times as I've read this dramatic language, it still makes me laugh.
