So what does this mean? It means that our beloved chocolates contains GMO soy in the form of soy lecithin. Panda Express cooks their their food in soybean oil as do most other fast foods. And the reason they do that is because it's a tasteless oil so they won't offend too many palates. That'll be their defense, aside from the fact that it's the cheapest oil out there I am sure.

To be clear, not all GMO is bad, but when the genetic modification makes soy resistant to glyphosate so farmers can spray heavily, the product will contain higher levels of this chemical.
