The virtue-marching out of the classroom was off the charts. One of the law students called Judge Duncan, "dirty scum." Nice. But Duncan doesn't let that float. He calls the law students, "dogshit." Not bad for a Fifth Circuit Appellate Judge. Evidently, her real existential threat she felt from the judge was that he was using his unspoken heterosexual male powers against an LBGTQ and Trans community. To them, that's why his presence was so threatening.
The Associate Dean plays nasty. The Dean of Inclusion worked to exclude the judge by signaling to half her cult to walk out. She went on and on how she will provide a safe space for speech while delaying his opportunity & stoking hostilities. The "lady" pulled her LinkedIn page. Why is that, for a free speech ad-vo-cat?
Her name is Tirien Steinbach and she is Stanford's Associate Dean of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Spot any irony here? White guys, ivy league lawyers are just outside the scope of their diversity.
Her LinkedIn page has been taken down.
At least in review, he gave them a bit of their own medicine,
Fifth Circuit appellate judge Stuart Kyle Duncan, who was shouted down by Stanford Law School students as administrators looked on in silence, says the protesters behaved like "dogshit."
Stanford apologized.Stanford Law students shouted down Fifth Circuit appellate judge Kyle Duncan while he was trying to speak.

When he asked for an administrator to control the situation, Stanford’s “associate dean of diversity, equity, and inclusion” got up and lectured him for nearly 10 minutes pic.twitter.com/tjlUPOIMmQ
This is a good letter of apology to Judge Duncan from the president of Stanford and the dean of the law school. I hope it is a harbinger of a return to free speech and academic freedom @Stanford. There is still a long way to go. https://t.co/Fee4TQrOLr
