60% of election centers had malfunctions. . . . Would the IRS accept almost 50 percent of the tax returns being wrong...because of printer problems?

With estimates now putting the number of precincts affected by ballot tabulator problems near 50%, not to mention the narrowness of the races, a run-off election is absolutely called for.

It's ludicrous that this even needs to be said.
