80% of people do not have the psychological and moral resources to defy an authority's order?

I think there's a typo in there, where it says "no matter how legitimate" should read "no matter how illegitimate". It's true. Some people will do what "authorities" tell them to, even against their own conscience. I suspect it's because they trust "authorities"
