SAMA HOOLE: What cholesterol actually does: Fills your brain (a quarter of your cholesterol sits there); Insulates your nerves (no cholesterol, no signal); Repairs every cell you have (it stiffens the walls)

Your liver makes around 1,000mg a day on purpose, because you cannot run without it.
They named the most vital molecule you produce the villain, then sold you a pill to lower it. --Sama Hoole

What people think cholesterol does: - Clogs arteries What cholesterol actually does:
- Fills your brain (a quarter of your cholesterol sits there) - Insulates your nerves (no cholesterol, no signal) - Builds your sex hormones (testosterone and oestrogen, straight from it) - Becomes vitamin D (sunlight turns it into the hormone in your skin) - Makes the bile that digests your fat (and unlocks vitamins A, D, E, K) - Runs your stress response (cortisol is built from it too) - Repairs every cell you have (it stiffens the walls)

JOHN GUANDOLO: The US Muslim Brotherhood’s primary line of operation is to keep America and its leaders from identifying Islam as the threat. While kinetic war and violence is a part of what they do, their primary tools are espionage, counterintelligence, and subversion.

I've been asked a lot lately about how things are going in the war with the Muslim Brotherhood and other elements of the US Islamic movement.  So I want to really nail down one part of this that's really important and that's the counterintelligence aspect and understanding how they do what they do against us.  So, first of all, right now we've got massive operations by Pakistan working with the US Muslim Brotherhood penetrating all kinds of parts of our community the government, the Trump Administration, the Christian church, think tanks, and others.  So it's not odd when you figure out that Pakistanis are the ones involved.

So, let's break this down a little bit.  First, briefly on splinter operations because we're really at the end of the Islamic movement here because they believe they're in the Final Phase and they're winning.  And I would say all the evidence points to that as well.  But let's look at what is actually going on here Splinter movement when a suit wearing leader from the islotti North America or Council on American Islamic relations points to Al Qaeda and says those guys are extremists radicals you can trust me and what happened at the Clinton and Bush Administrations is those guys were warmly welcome in and used to help advise with foreign policy and domestic counterterrorism strategy and during the Obama years they were actually controlling the decision making process as it related to our war fighting overseas foreign policy as it relates to the Islamic world and domestic counterterrorism strategies.  But as people started realizing that these groups like isna care all these others are Muslim Brotherhood Hamas organizations so then in comes the next layer the moderate Muslims

SAMA HOOLE: Bluefin tuna was ground into cat food and given away as a nuisance catch, worthless, until fashion turned the same fish into the most expensive meat in the sea. Lean muscle with the fat all but bred out, so dry the canners have to drown it in soybean oil, or you smother it in mayonnaise, before a grown adult will eat it.

Bluefin tuna was ground into cat food and given away as a nuisance catch, worthless, until fashion turned the same fish into the most expensive meat in the sea. The fashion was the only thing about it that ever improved. Look at what tuna is. Lean muscle with the fat all but bred out, so dry the canners have to drown it in soybean oil, or you smother it in mayonnaise, before a grown adult will eat it. The one part anyone truly prizes is the fatty belly the sushi bars charge a fortune for. Prized for one reason. It is the only bit with any fat left on it. Then the mercury. A big tuna spends decades near the top of the food chain, hoarding the methylmercury of every smaller fish it ever ate. Which is why pregnant women are told to ration it and children to keep it to a tin a week. So, the health food. A fish once fit only for fertiliser, stripped of the fat that makes meat worth eating, loaded with a metal you are warned to limit, packed in the seed oil it is too dry to survive without. Rebranded as Chicken of the Sea, then as ocean gold. Nothing about the fish changed, not one cell of it. Only the story did, and the story is where the money always was.

When a food's price swings that hard while the food stays the same, you are not looking at nutrition. You are looking at marketing in a chef's hat.
