"High dose thiamine improves symptoms of fibromyalgia, Freidreich's ataxia, Parkinson's disease, and in biotinthiamin responsive basal ganglia disease, suggesting the expanding role of epigenetics."

Make sure that you get the fat-soluble forms of thiamine, like Allithiamine, Benfotiamine, or Lipothiamine.  Remember that Thiamine is a B vitamin, vitamins that we take for granted because there are so many forms of them as well as so many dietary sources of B vitamins.  But buyer beware.  We're more at risk of losing B vitamins today than we are at gaining them.  One reason for this are the B-blockers, foods and drinks that block the absorption of B vitamins.  And if we consume these B-blockers on a daily or regular basis, we also risk the developing a condition where we're no longer able to absorb B vitamins adequately.  So it's a serious trade-off.

Bonnie Fields @ needs.com provides us with sobering reminders,

thiamine plays a pivotal role in the metabolism of glucose as well. The ingestion of an excessive amount of refined simple carbohydrates, such as sodas, fruit juices, sugary snacks, etc. automatically increases our need for thiamine.

A number of naturally occurring compounds produce anti-thiamine activity and anti-thiamine factors, like thiaminase enzymes. Thiaminase enzymes are found in tea, brussels sprouts, red cabbage, mussels, oysters, and urinary thiamine levels are reduced when a person consumes coffee.

Fields makes an important observation,

Thiamine deficiency has been implicated in restrictive weight loss surgery, in the use of parenteral nutrition, optic neuropathy, anorexia nervosa, and congestive heart failure." Dr. Lonsdale also points out that "the initial symptoms of thiamine deficiency beriberi are those of dysautonomia, a broad term that describes any disease or malfunction of the autonomic nervous system." He further cites references showing that "High dose thiamine improves symptoms of fibromyalgia, Freidreich's ataxia, Parkinson's disease, and in biotinthiamin responsive basal ganglia disease, suggesting the expanding role of epigenetics."

Basal ganglia disease?  Why that's exactly what the spike protein is causing tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands of vaccinated people.  Does this mean that fat-soluble thiamine is a remedy for basal ganglia disease?  I would certainly try this compound if I had the jab or if I had spike proteins in my system.

In his book "The Natural Way to a Trouble-Free Pregnancy: The Toxemia/Thiamine Connection," Dr. John B. Irwin explains that thiamine supplementation, preconceptually and throughout pregnancy, is as important as folic acid supplementation, but is often overlooked.

And to press the point to just the right end,

fat-soluble thiamine or thiamine tetrahydrofurfuryl disulfide (TTFD), sometimes referred to as allithiamines, easily diffuses through plasma membranes, which strongly increases thiamine activity throughout our blood stream, red blood cells, cerebrospinal fluid, and urine.

Germany to Burn Almost 800 Million Unused COVID Masks

$6 billion dollars in mask purchases?  I wished I could have gotten in on that action.

Germany spent €6 billion ($5.9 billion) on face covers at the start of the pandemic, according to Spiegel. Former Health Minister Jens Spahn was criticized at the time for excessive procurement and for using personal connections to buy masks, steps he defended by citing major supply shortages and a desperation to obtain protective coverings swiftly.

Ilhan Omar said she wanted Jews wiped out of Israel and she never got her bank account closed. Imagine that . . .

All fundamental arguments about just about everything go out the window, and it's all about the dollar vortex

Always check the show notes.  Title of the show is "FED Will Hike to 6% and Crash Everything, says Tom Luongo," dated October 12, 2022.

Antonio Atanasov and Tom Luongo are not your investment advisors. They likely own shares of companies mentioned in this publication. Always assume them biased.

Antonio, 1:02 I don't know about the other two asset classes [goats and guns], but gold has not been great over the last 52 weeks [Tom shaking his head in agreement], neither have my stocks.  What's up with that?

Tom, 1:12  Well, we're in a dollar bull market, and when the dollar is in a bull market, everything else at this point, and certainly the severity of the dollar bull market, looking at the U.S. dollar index, it's trading at a 20-year high, 25-year high, it's immense.  This isn't a normal dollar market, or a normal bear market correction, or a bull market rally.  This is not a bear market rally.  This is a sincere bull market that is draining liquidity from every corner of the globe, and it is something that I expected to happen, because I expected the Federal Reserve to be aggressive at raising interest rates when they did decide to move back into the market.  I have a lot of reasons as to why I believe that.  I believed that previously, and then when the Fed started raising interest rates, I've actually been a little shocked that they've been aggressive as they have.  Actually, I'm edified because Powell is acting like how I would have acted had I been the chairman of the Fed, looking at the world the way that I look at it.

2:20  Gold is priced, set at the margin by the future's market, and the future's market in gold, in the west, primarily, is a cash-settled market; it's not a gold-settled market.  People don't go in to buy gold futures to then take physical delivery of, you know, 400 ounces of LBMA bars, or 100 ounce Comex's.  They don't do that.  They go in to hedge their dollar risk.  And so know that they've got interest rate swaps, so they've got treasuries . . . so if they're worried about their dollar-based longs being--you know, how are you going to hedge your dollar-based longs?  You buy some gold, which is a short against the dollar.  Buy gold, sell dollars.  Or buy term to make dollars, and then you hedge your position.

3:15  Under these types of moments in time, all fundamental arguments about gold go out the window.  All fundamental arguments about just about everything go out the window, and it's all about the dollar vortex.  It's all about the dollar vacuum, for lack of a better term.  We're seeing it in stocks, we're seeing it in bonds, we're seeing it in gold.  We're seeing it everywhere except basically in base commodities, okay, which have pumped and dumped over the last year and a half, post-COVID.

3:47  So, why is that?  Well, stocks and bonds, real estate, car prices, stuff like that, they're all credit based.  When the credit cycle is virtuous, when the credit is expanding, and the central banks are all expanding their balance sheets, and they're at the zero bound and the money is cheap, people buy loans, they expand credit, they pump up prices, but we haven't produced any more real commodities.  We're just driving the prices of commodities up, because at some point, during that time that you're pumping up asset prices, money is not preferentially flowing into commodities during the asset bull market.  Commodity producers are getting crushed.  They're getting pushed down to their cost of production, cost of goods sold.  They're effectively on a cost-plus business model.  You're allowed to have cost plus 3%.  If you look at gold stocks through the bear markets, that's the way it's been.  And then gold hit a bottom in late 2015.  We're on a five-year up until Q3 of 2020.  Since then it's been in a bull market correction.

The Plot to Seize Russia

This interview is dated but quite good since Martin talks about how Yeltsin handed over Russia to Putin.  This interview comes from Geopolitics and Empire, a terrific website that covers lots of interesting topics.

A summary of Martin's book which he is handing out to attendees at his next conference can be read here,

Martin Armstrong discusses his new book based on declassified documents where in the 1990s the West, NATO, and Russian oligarchy plotted to seize Moscow, loot Russia, and takeover its natural resources. Yeltsin turned to Putin who was not a communist and is not an oligarch. The Moscow apartment bombings or propaganda surrounding them being a false flag would likely have come from Boris Berezovsky. The Great Reset is basically a debt default and the EU is a disaster that will fall apart. At this point most of the attack on Russia is related to “climate change” and to shut down fossil fuels.

The plot was to seize control of Russia and installing their own man, Boris Berezovsky, and merge it into NATO, turning Russia into a vassal state with Berezovsky as president for life.  Later, he was sorry and wanted to return to Russia and wrote a letter to Putin.  Tell us what's really been going on between east and west . . .

Yeltsin was being blackmailed from two sides, and his last words to Putin were "Take care of Russia."
