The discussion turns on informed consent at the 10:45 mark, and they showed how informed consent is impossible given the fact that the ingredients in the vaccines are unknown. Oh, it's true that a list of ingredients exists but there are lots of ingredients in the vaccines that are not on the list. So it's impossible to give consent when you don't know all of the ingredients in the vaccines.
