@linuxhippie. Clearly, the Philly DA Larry forgot his ConLaw class on the Federal Pre-emption clause of the Constitution.

He also seems to have forgotten that Title 18 USC Section 111 makes it a felony for him to interfere with a federal officer in the execution of his office. Question? Has the FBI or DHS ALSO forgotten Section 111? Because, from where many stand in the cheap seats, the moment a state or local actor interferes with a federal officer in the conduct of his duties, those persons should be arrested, as should any and all individuals ordering that activity.
