MARY TALLEY BOWDEN: The first self-administered vaccine is a live flu virus being sent through the mail that the recipient can shed for at least 28 days?

Let's see, I've heard of mail-in ballots, although illegal, were used to decide an election via fraud.  I'm sure it was a small oversight.  But vaccine by mail?  That can shed up to 28 days?
