Sheriff Rich Stanek, served as the sheriff of the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office [Minnesota] from 2007 to 2019.

3:32.  When I take my team several people to Minnesota now by the time I take this trip, I'd been doing this work for approximately 14 years I've been briefing and teaching as I mentioned created the first program in the government on this taught and briefed all these leaders I just mentioned and others and I already had an understanding of what was going on in Minnesota so we went there to get it on the ground experience in Minneapolis St Paul and then outside those areas to see what the citizens knew and what local leaders all across the state so went there from the 17th through the 21st of October 2016 and during the day met with local leaders city council County council members sheriffs and others the three of us broke the state up into parts I primarily went to the Twin Cities and North to the Canadian border and did those things and in the evening had major presentations to large numbers of citizens police National Guard and others so at the end of the week Michelle Bachman who was a presidential candidate and member of Congress from that area in Minnesota hosted a fundraiser for us but really a chance to share with key people in the Twin Cities what was actually going on and we did and we went home and I wrote a very detailed lengthy article titled, "In this War, Minnesota's Twin Cities Are Lost," John Guandolo, October 24, 2016, about what we found and put it all together and what it did was this article which was published on October 24th 2016 detailed the governor of Minnesota the US attorney lieutenant governor the mayor of Minneapolis at the time the sheriff of Hennepin County Sheriff Rich Stanek and how all of them were working with jihady's or Communists and their actions were actually furthering these hostile Networks these communist and Jihadi networks used specific examples showed photos and all of that so fast forward to June 2017 June 28, I had met him at a hotel in Reno Nevada having been invited to speak at the national Sheriff's conference the time I was supposed to give my presentation I walked into the room and standing there having just finished a presentation was Sheriff Rich Stanek and I reached out my hand introduce myself hi I'm John Guandolo and he said I Know Who You Are and he asked if we could talk after the meeting after my presentation so we did we sat down at a table and one of his guys was there with him two of my folks were with me and I asked at the beginning of the meeting, "Hey, do you mind if we begin this meeting in prayer?"  And he immediately snapped, "We're not praying!"  So maybe I should have gotten up and walked away at that point, but that's water under the bridge.  So we had this discussion and he asked me he said he'd asked to have this discussion because of the article that I wrote and we discussed it and he said he wanted it retracted because it was full of lies and I asked him what lies were in the article and he explained what he thought was specifically, "I don't work with CAIR!"  I said well you did these things with them.  And we have a letter from them discussing the previous work you've done with them it was going nowhere and he started attacking me personally he attacked my record as a Marine as an FBI agent it was clear this was going nowhere he said that's it he stood up we all stood up we went around the table to leave and he chest bumped me grabbed my ties started strangling me and I couldn't get away by the way he's a foot taller than me in about 70 lb heavier than me not that that necessarily matters but that's just a point in fact so I punched him to keep him from strangling me which she was already doing and a bunch of sheriff's deputies had to break us up and he would not let go of my tie.  And in the end, they came to me and asked, "Do you want to press charges?"  I said no.  Apparently he said yes because criminal charges were filed against me and they were dropped pretty quickly, "No Charges Against ex-FBI Agent in Reno Clash with Sheriff," AP News, October 31, 2017.  One of my Witnesses said it appeared that was looking for an altercation he clearly initiated it and his guy wasn't really sure so the court looked at that and said you can't have a criminal case here so we threw it out that's in Reno Nevada so after the criminal case was dropped about 3 weeks later July 18th Mr Stanek filed a restraining order against me and then October 30th again we're in 2000 again we are in 2017 he filed a civil case in Dallas County Texas in the 162nd civil district court and the presiding judge was Marisela Moore the trial began on September 9th 2019 and the trial ended the civil case ended September 19th 2019 and the verdict came back on September 20.  Let me share with you some details of the trial that are relevant to this discussion first of the three attorneys for Mr Stanek one was Peter Krause whose Law Firm was primarily representing Mr Stanek Waters cross Paul Peter Krause being a significant fundraiser for Mr " Q&A with Lisa Blue, 'Hillblazer' for the Clinton Campaign, December 8, 2015.  And sitting behind the attorneys and Mr Stanek everyday during the trial were at least three members of Hamas doing business as the Council on American Islamic relations in Texas so that sets the stage and the fact that this is the setup in the courtroom and that the attorneys for Mr. Stanek we're very friendly with the judge were right out of the gate disconcerting.

10:55.  Now a couple of things about the practical matter is I was not allowed to claim self-defense despite the fact there was certainly enough evidence of that but more importantly in the filings for bringing a civil case forward Mr stannic claims that his emotional and mental distress and his long-term medical issues caused by my one blow to his face meant over 600,000 in compensation that's what he was looking for and that's why he said he brought the case forward when his attorney when his attorney Mr Krause asked him when Mr Stanek was under oath he said the reason he brought the case forward was and he pointed to me and said to silence words to the effect to silence John guandolo and shut utt down what's interesting is that on the first day of trial Peter Krause said to one of my attorneys you know we're probably never going to see a dime from this so you put those together and you realize the attorneys understood what this was about it was about silencing someone that they described in the courtroom as a bigot islamophobe Etc and many much worse things so that's what was going on in the courtroom. On the closing arguments, Mr Krause with PowerPoints gave this presentation that essentially said that all the violence in America can be laid at the feet of John guandolo that my training my teaching my professional career creates hate and violence in the United States and he was allowed to present that to the jury.  When the verdict came back, on September 20 2019 it came back in favor of Mr Stanek and when we went with my attorney's and I went and spoke with the jurors and almost all of them stayed to allow us to speak with them all the ones we talked to said at least eight or nine said it would have made a significant difference if I would have been able to plead self defense which obviously the evidence supports.  One more thing that I think is interesting to note is not only was CAIR in courtroom, each day when they came to court Mr Stanek attorneys and certainly Lisa blue hugged them spoke to them was laughing with them and outside the courtroom Mr static was sitting with the members of Hamas doing business as CAIR, which is interesting because he claimed both when I spoke with him and during the trial under oath that he didn't work with CAIR, no knowledge of that.  He said as far as he was concerned and as far as he knew, CAIR was an "advocacy group."  Now the case did actually go to appeal in March 22 it was upheld mostly because what the trial judge had said was our limitations once they were set working within those limitations I I mean me not being able to claim self-defense made it very difficult now that appeal came two and a half years after the trial in March of 2022 and we had waited because the Judgment was huge to see what would happen until the appeal so we knew we were going to have to address this obviously I was incapable of paying $600,000 to Mr Stanek and neither was UTT. When it was clear that they weren't satisfied with just the victory, they wanted UTT shut down.  And they came after our records and our bank accounts and my personal records and my personal bank accounts and we knew there was no way we were going to going to give any of that to them.  In February 2023, I filed personal bankruptcy, and  in June 2023 when that didn't hold them off UTT filed corporate bankruptcy and in August 2023 that was we had our hearing and my entire bankruptcy case was finished.  It took until September for the courts to close it, so it's only been since September that that case has been closed with regards to the bankruptcy.  So it's all over and our adversaries the adversaries of Liberty we're able to force us to shut down we didn't have a choice with our Advisory Board spoke with our attorneys we tried all kinds of different angles as you might imagine but we weren't able to actually make it happen.

16:37.  A couple things I'd like to share from the time he became sheriff to the time he left, what was the situation well when he became sheriff zero jihadis went from Minneapolis to overseas to commit Jihad and blow themselves up.
