I said this three years ago. No one believed it possible to cut $1 trillion from spending. I’m like, the same people (hard money, libertarian types) who say government is fundamentally wasteful and corrupt can’t figure out the political advantage of uncovering the fraud and selling that to the people? Really? Cut the fraud, balance the budget. We do that and capital screams into the US at a rate even we can’t handle. That’s what has London, Brussels, etc. up at night scheming to stop. That’s what they scare our politicians with who are on the take. It’s not tough. It requires tuning out asshats on the take for our traitors and/or who built their outsider commentator business model on this bullshit. Pied Pipers all of them.
