Black seed = lung health
Elderberry = viral replication
Raw honey = inflammation
Vitamin A = epithelium
Vitamin C = antioxidant
Vitamin D = immune function
Copper = superoxide dismutase
Magnesium = activates vit D
Selenium = glutathione
Zinc = immune cells
Whatever form of zinc you take, I've seen the recommendations in several places to take 50mgs/day. I like that amount, particularly when it is combined with vitamin C.
