Spinach salad with goat cheese, 1/2 Granny-Smith apple, 1 Roma tomato, topped with dried pitted tart Montmorency cherries, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil by California Estate Olive Oil from Trader Joe's. I'd learned recently how extra virgin olive oils are being blended with canola and safflower oils among others, diluting the health benefits of monosaturated oils from olives.
