Sounds reasonable until you realize most of these guys don’t yet have a U.S. rap sheet. So the system basically files them under “not a priority” and moves on. That’s not a plan. That’s a sorting hat that leaves the biggest group in place while everyone high-fives over monthly arrest numbers.
Full-spectrum means you actually treat illegal presence as the thing that matters. Worksite raids. E-Verify with teeth. Agents who don’t need a prior conviction to pick someone up. Fast removal for people whose countries we can’t even vet properly.
