THE U.S. STATE DEPT: The Cubans devoted themselves to recruiting, cultivating and mobilizing a global coalition of activists, intellectuals, and political groups

On Page 5 of The State Department's report, it states,

But the most successful and enduring sphere of Cuba’s campaign against America has taken place on the ideological battlefront. Since the 1960s, the regime has served as the beating heart of a new and distinct kind of Marxism, forged around an overriding resentment and fundamental hatred of the United States and the broader West. The Cubans devoted themselves to recruiting, cultivating and mobilizing a global coalition of activists, intellectuals, and political groups around this cause, building a sprawling revolutionary network that shaped a disproportionate share of America’s most famous and influential extremist movements, from the Black Panthers and the Weather Underground through to Antifa. Today, that network continues to maintain ties to powerful leftist nonprofits, anti-ICE collectives, socialist groups, and Marxist militant organizations across the United States.

Dearborn Michigan city council meeting replay July 14th 2026.

I attended the wall of Tears event and the display and I thought it was nice that's nice is something like that can be I thought it was meaningful informative something that helps you look 20,000 kids is a tragedy and it lets you see the other side of war that it's kids that are suffering when adults are arguing and fighting even as I was thinking about that and reading the story seeing the names I was thinking also of the things that happened on October 7th 2023.  I will never forget this, it's burned into my memory, seeing this little boy, his mother killed in front of him.  He was taken as a hostage.  And it wasn't Hamas that was taunting him.  It were the local children, and he had no idea what was even going on

2:50.  When people see this and they don't see Hamas being entrenched in a civilian population defensively, Hezbollah offensively trying to kill as many civilians as they can, this isn't an anomaly.  This is the MO.  And so when we can take a firm stance saying that "Israel is murdering 20,000 children" instead of saying that "Israel is trying to target the civilian population," then people are left to their own devices and they take that rage and they vent.  And it becomes violent.  And so please again, it's not performative. I'm genuinely asking you for a solution.  If we take a stance, can you please offer to take a stance in the affirmative?

SAMA HOOLE: No enzyme that opens cellulose. No plant alive carries the B12 we die without. We grew a brain instead, bought with meat, the gut shrinking back to pay for it.

The cow grew four stomachs to eat grass, and chews the cud eight hours a day to break it down. The horse grew a fermentation vat the size of a bin bag and grazes sixteen hours out of twenty-four. The rabbit eats its own droppings, because one pass through the gut cannot crack a plant open. The gorilla runs a colon so big it drags half its energy out of leaves it otherwise could not touch. The koala grew a two-metre gut and a poison-proof liver, then sleeps twenty hours a day because the leaves still barely pay. Every plant-eater is a specialist machine that gives up half its waking life to the job. Now look at us. A short, plain gut. No rumen, no vat, just a shrivelled pouch we cut out and never miss. No enzyme that opens cellulose. No plant alive carries the B12 we die without. We grew a brain instead, bought with meat, the gut shrinking back to pay for it.

The animal is the one built to eat plants. We are built to eat the animal.
