There was never a legal mandate in California. And any employer that thinks there was and that they can mandate an experimental medical product is a fascist.  The California Department of Public Health Guidance never went through the Administrative Procedures Act.  So, no, you can't fire somebody from refusing compliance.  And what Michael did . . . your viewers need to hear this, Tucker, what Michael did is what we all should have done when this scamdemic began: not comply.

This difference should make an impression on you.

Whereas the United States military throws its own soldiers into the fire of depleted uranium, Russia bans it altogether because they know its destructive powers.  Anybody cheering on the U.S.A. I would argue is a fascist without realizing they are fascist.  Words don't mean anything anymore, I get that, but understand that anyone cheering for the U.S.A. in any conflict has lost all ethical principles.  Not like there's anything wrong with that.
