George Alan Kelley's Defense Lawyer Brenna Larkin explains why there was virtually no investigation into the Arizona Rancher.

Guilty because he's a gun owner?

Guilty because he's a gun owner using his gun to defend his property against a Latino illegal immigrant?

Guilty because he's a white gun-owning land owner who shot and killed a trespasser who happened to be Latino?

Guilty because as an older man the courts know they can exhaust his energies and his resources what few remain for him?

This is what happens when U.S. media censor information and histories. Other countries pick up the slack

"Sooner or later, you got to draw a line and stand your ground, whether anybody else does or not. That is what liberty is all about"

It was this post that reminded me of Michael's great oratory skills and knowledge of the Constitution.

Michael Badnarik was the most firey champion for liberty before I learned of Ron Paul.

Just can't believe it.  He passed just last year.  I used to listen to Michael's presentations and explanations of the constitution and local and county laws and loved his fire.  Jeez, what a loss.

Badnarik was a state and national candidate for office, running for Texas House Districts 47 and 48 in 2000 and 2002, respectively. He would run for and win the Libertarian Party presidential nomination in 2004, defeating other candidates at the convention including Gary Nolan and Aaron Russo. Badnarik would place fourth in the general election and earn just under 400,000 votes.

A couple more interviews of Michael at the end of this post.
