DR. WILLIAM DAVIS: There's something unique about the prostate gland

Natural ways to treat risks for prostate disease, like benign prosthetic hypertrophy, BPH, prostatitis, inflammation or infection of the prostate gland, and, of course, prostate cancer.  Most conversations involving natural methods involve herbs, like Saw Palmetto that may reduce the blockage of urine that passes through the prostate gland.

01:00.  For years we relied on things such as the urine to determine what was going on in the prostate.  But urine is an imperfect reflection of what goes on in the prostate. The urinary bladder and then the urethra; that's the little tube that passes right through the prostate gland to convey urine to the outside.  So urine is closely allied to what goes on in the prostate, just within a millimeter or two.  Likewise, the rectum.  You know, how do you, you know how a doctor, for example, examines the prostate?  A finger in the rectum.  So the rectum is right there next to the prostate within a couple of millimeters, so you would guess the rectal microbiome and the urinary microbiome play big roles in the prostate microbiome, and that is true, though they are imperfect reflections of what goes on in the prostate.  And there seems to be a lot more going on in very unexpected ways.

The recent use of DNA sequencing has uncovered a whole array of microbes that live in the prostate in men with prostatitis, BPH, and prostate cancer that were completely unexpected.  For instance, you can find oral microbes in the prostate, like porphyromonas gingivalis, which is a common pathogenic.  You can find stomach microbes in the prostate, like Helicobacter pylori.  You can find skin microbes in the prostate like cutibacterium that cause acne.  You can find of course rectal and urinary microbes in the prostate gland.  You can even find microbes ordinarily found in the vagina in the prostate, presumably there because of intercourse with your female partner.  In other words, the prostate gland seems to be what I call "the Grand Central Station of the microbiome."  The prostate seems to be an area that receives microbes from numerous sources, including skin, mouth, vagina, urine, rectum, and the majority of men who have prostate is like prostatitis, BPH, prostate cancer, also have SIBO, small intestinal bacteria overgrowth, that is the effects of endotoxemia that originate in the small intestine.  Who would have thought why?  Because it's the rectum that's right next to the prostate, not the small intestine.  But the small intestine affects other parts of the body via the release of endotoxins.  Recall that in the majority of Americans, including men, about half the population, has allowed the over-proliferation of fecal microbes in the colon that then have been allowed to ascend into the 24 feet of the small intestine; the small intestine becomes inflamed by housing these fecal microbes.  Microbes only live for a few hours, and when they die they release their toxic components, specifically endotoxins, that enter the bloodstream and lead to weight gain in the abdomen, it leads to type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance, coronary disease, atrial fibrillation, rosacea, psoriasis, dementia, in other words, virtually all the common diseases of modern people either initiating them or making them worse.  There are other factors, of course, that are involved in those conditions, but endotoxemia is a miserably neglected area that plays a big role.  In prostate disease, the majority of men with prostate disease also have SIBO with endotoxemia driving prostate disease.

04:30.  So how in the world do you address all of this?  The answers are not yet clear and there's no one solution either.  It's to address the bodywide microbiome.  For instance, address the rectal microbiome.  And SIBO.  Well, that we can do, right? you can use, for instance, buy SIBO yogurt.  The combination of lactobacillus rotari probiotic, lactobacillus gasseri, and the optional bacillus coagulans, lactobacillus subtilis.  We ferment it as yogurt, and we consume it, and that has proven to be exceptionally effective in eradicating SIBO and rectal dysbiosis by consuming it for a minimum of 4 weeks, and more likely for a lifetime at least intermittently.  Address the oral microbiome.  Start by eliminating wheat because the amylopectin of wheat and other grains is metabolized in the mouth and disrupts the oral microbiome.  That science is quite clear.  Sugars, likewise.  Oral hygiene, of course.  If you have H pylori stool testing, eradicating H pylori you can do so by way of using natural methods.  If you don't know how to do that, see my DrDavisInfiniteHealth.com.  Find the forums at InnerCircle, and you'll see multiple protocols and multiple agents to choose from that have been effective in eradicating H pylori.  We address the skin microbiome indirectly.  You don't have to apply topical probiotics, but you want to acidify the skin.  You do that by consuming fermented foods, like sauerkraut, kimchi, kefir, and prebiotic fibers [foods that contain inulin, like onions, garlic, dandelions, etc.], fibers that nourish microbes, because both those things acidified the skin and acidification of the skin discourages the proliferation of pathogens like staphylococcus aureus and ketobacteria that goes to the prostate and encourages the proliferation of healthy microbes like staphylococcus epidermis.  In other words, it's what I call a Whole-biome approach that addresses all the microbiomes of the body in order to gain control of the prostate so it's not a specific prostate strategy it's a whole-biome approach that I believe we're going to find out as a science emerges we need better science of course except proceed slowly because of that issue I mentioned beginning because it requires insertion of advice into the rectum and a needle biopsy of the prostate so it's not often done but I believe that the science will point us towards the idea that it's not something specifically we do in the prostate itself but it's addressing the entire microbiome of the body that'll that'll result in a reduction in the risk for prostate disease.

DR. ERIC BERG: plastic recycling . . . is simply a way to keep you buying plastic items. recycling symbol just gives an impression that, oh, yeah, this can be recycled.

Only 9% of all plastics can be recycled.  The vast majority of plastics are either incinerated or sink to the bottom of the ocean.  --Dr. Eric Berg

Do yogurt and kimchi remove microplastics?

Specific probiotics, like lactobacillus, acidophilus, and bifidobacteria bifidium, have been shown to actually clear and trap these microplastics in the GI tract, bind to them, and eliminate them through our digestive tract.  That's because they're negatively charged, as the probiotics are going to trap the microplastics.  My tip here is to look for probiotics without magnesium stearate, a flow agent; without cellulose, a filler; and without titanium or silicon dioxide.

Detox microplastics out of your brain.  The brain accumulates the most microplastics of all of the organs.  The brain accumulates 7 to 30 times more microplastics than the liver and the kidneys.

Today, I'm going to talk about how to get rid of this plastic, not just plastics but something else called "Forever chemicals."  They bind with proteins in your blood, creating all sorts of problems, especially as they build up into something called bioaccumulation over time.

00:41. In one report that I saw, the average person has seven grams of plastic in the brain.

The first thing you need to know about plastics is the big scam about plastic recycling.  That's simply a way to keep you buying plastic items.  Only 9% of all plastics can be recycled.  The vast majority of plastics are either incinerated or sink to the bottom of the ocean.  If you look on the bottom of the plastic containers, you'll see a little that looks like a recycling symbol; it just gives an impression that, oh, yeah, this can be recycled.  Well, check out this clip right here.
Recycling is expensive and labor intensive and making new plastic from fossil fuels is almost always cheaper forever Plastic industry documents clearly concluded that there were no effective Market mechanisms for mixed Plastics and that there is serious doubt that can ever be made viable on an economic basis.
There was never an enthusiastic belief that recycling was ultimately going to work in a significant way.
I think they knew that the infrastructure wasn't there to really have recycling amount to a whole lot if the public thinks the recycling is working then they're not going to be as concerned about the environment.

02:00. I will let you know that there are certain Technologies that are being created right now using microbes that eat plastic and fungi that can eat plastic there are certain types of enzymes that are developed that can eat plastic but until those were developed there are really only two things that you can do number one avoid plastics, which I'm going to get into.  And number two, we can do things in our body to help detoxify some of this plastic and "forever chemicals."

Let's first talk about the brain.  There is a type of lymphatic system in our brain; it's like a dishwasher; it helps clean up stuff.  That system really occurs when you're getting a really good amount of deep sleep.  High-quality deep sleep is going to be necessary to help get rid of plastics in your brain.  Another way we can get rid of plastics is by inducing autophagy, where you're cleaning up some of this toxicity.  The best way to induce autophagy is through fasting.  You need to fast for at least 18 hours to get into some significant amount of autophagy.  The thing with plastics and forever chemicals is that they create a lot of oxidative stress, which you can counter if you have a strong antioxidant systems in the body.  Consuming foods high in sulfur, that would be garlic, onions, cruciferous vegetables.  There are other natural remedies, NAC, milk thistle, tudca, are all great remedies.

Now, let's get into probably the most important thing to get rid of the forever chemicals as well as the plastics.  If you have city water, you have to get a water filter that can help remove plastic.  Find a good one with really good reviews, or a whole house unit plastic.

Cutting boards need to go.  You need to replace those with wood cutting boards because as you're cutting on the plastic you're just breaking the plastic particles in putting them right in the food.

Next, dishwasher pods.

CONCERNED CITIZEN: This is a Liver Fluke - found in a Human Stomach.

Ah, wonderful, a liver fluke.  What, pray tell, is a liver fluke?  A parasite, a worm found in the liver.

Healthline explains,

A liver fluke is a parasitic worm. You can become infected after eating contaminated raw or undercooked freshwater fish or watercress. Infections are usually treated with a drug called triclabendazole.

After liver flukes have been ingested, they travel from your intestines to your bile ducts in your liver where they then live and grow.

Although most infected individuals don’t show any symptoms, sometimes symptoms arise related to the biliary system. In rare cases, long-term complications can also develop.

Liver fluke infections aren’t common in the United States, but they do occur. Your risk of infection increases if you travel to parts of the world where the parasites are widespread.

Triclabendazole sound like an antiparasitic like Fenbendazole.  Other parasitics exist.  Garlic, Cayenne Pepper, nicotine.

TOP 6 ESSENTIAL OILS THAT CAN HELP DISSOLVE BLOOD CLOTS

Essential oils for circulation or preventing clots; and how to fill roller ball bottles. by Jennifer Depew, R.D.

Blends from Essential Oils Pocket Reference, and my own blends. Essential Oil Book Club

Read on Substack

00:55  Frankincense Oil.  Known as the "King of Oils," cherished for centuries for its profound healing properties.  Significant role in cardiovascular health, particularly in preventing and dissolving blood clots when applied topically.  Its secret lies in its powerful anti-inflammatory and anti-coagulant properties.  Chronic inflammation damages the lining of blood vessels, creating the perfect environment for clots to form.  Its boswellic acids reduce inflammation and help keep your blood vessels healthy and smooth.  Frankincense may help the body break down fibrin--the protein that forms the structure of clots.  Prevents new clots from forming, but also helps in dissolving existing ones.  It boosts the immune system, reduces stress, and promotes skin health.  Use it topically diluted with coconut oil or jojoba oil.
Chronic inflammation damages the lining of blood vessels, creating the perfect environment for clots to form.  --Natural Cures
02:23  Garlic Oil.  Breaks down fibrin clots not just clots formed by blood platelets.

03:35  Lavender Oil.  Lowers stress and prevents blood clots by reducing inflammation in the blood vessels.  Important because inflamed blood vessels are more prone to clotting.  Its calming effect keeps your blood flowing smoothly.

04:45  Turmeric Oil.  Extracted from Curcuma Longa root.  This oil is used particularly for dissolving and preventing blood clots.  Thins clots, not just blood.  It can help break down existing clots by dissolving fibrin that holds them together.  Turmeric oil is also a go-to remedy for arthritis and gut issues.  If yours is labeled as food grade, you can add a drop to your tea or smoothie.  Taking it with healthy fats can cause your body to absorb it more effectively.

05:52  Ginger Oil.  "Incredible natural remedy for blood clot prevention."  Its compound Gingerol has powerful anti-coagulant properties.  It prevents platelets from sticking together, a key step in clot formation.  Also lowers overall inflammation in your body, lowering the risk of clot formation.  Can break down existing clots.  Relieves nausea, improves digestion, and soothes sore muscles.

06:51  Cypress Oil.  Plays a significant role in cardiovascular health, improves circulation, and prevents clots.  Promotes vasoconstriction, which means it helps tone and tighten your blood vessels.  Helps eliminate excess fluid build-up, further supporting healthy circulation.  Improves varicose veins.  Avoid ingestion unless it's food-grade and safe.
IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS: USE THEM SAFELY
Begin with the smallest recommended dose to see how your body reacts.

To avoid sensitivity or allergic reaction, patch test on the skin first.

If you're on blood-thinning medication, be careful, because many of these oils have natural blood-thinning properties, and combining them with prescription blood thinners could cause complications.

To buy good quality, food-grade oils, see the WalMart links in the description.

To consume any of these orally, you'll need food-grade oils.  Make sure you're purchasing the correct kind of oil.  Even when you use essential oils topically, so as not to irritate the skin you need to combine it with a carrier oil

AFLATOXIN MUTATES THE P53 GENE

The Yeast Syndrome: How to Help Your Doctor Identify & Treat the Real Cause of Your Yeast-Related Illness, John P. Trowbridge and Morton Walker, 1986.

Yeast Connection: A Medical Breakthrough, William G. Crook, 1986.

Crook could be the expert. He's written multiple books on yeast and its connection to ill health.

The Germ That Causes Cancer, Doug A. Kaufmann, 2005.  The Amazon blurb reads,

The authors are responding to a number of things in this handbook.  Since the publication of The Germ that Causes Cancer, there have been several follow-up studies implicating fungi and their harmful mycrotoxins in the role of cancer. That is, rather than having our theory taken apart, it's been solidified by the flow of data coming out of the halls of science. Fungi and mycrotoxins -harmful, fungal by-products -do cause cancer.

Kaufmann discusses an anti-fungal diet in this presentation titled, "Is Everything Fungus?"  Kaufmann offers remedies to fungi-causing diseases here: Oregano, Olive Leaf, Niacin, and Clove Oil.  And that's it.  In his presentation, Kaufmann references the book, The Manual of Clinical Mycology, 1971.

If you've ever been hungover, you've suffered from an acute mycotoxicosis.

At 12:30 in his "Is Everything Fungus?" he says that alcohol is the mycotoxin of brewer's yeast.  Alcohol producers often use that are too contaminated with fungus

Wejolyn strongly recommends reading these three doctors: A. V. Costantini, Lars I. Vqick, and Heinrich Wieland.

#1:  LIGHT REVIEW OF Prevention of Breast Cancer: Hope at Last by Tomma Lou Mass

A Trojan horse has secretly been infiltrating our lives, bringing breast cancer to one of every eight women in the United States, and to women around the world. Because no one thus far has unmasked this deceptive Trojan horse, it continues to deliver certain clandestine, pathological agents via our food and lifestyles, bringing breast cancer upon us surreptitiously. Now Doctors A.V. Constantini, Heinrich Wieland, and Lars I. Qvick from the International Research Centre for Mycotoxins in Human Health (formerly the World Health Organization's Collaborating Center for Mycotoxins in Food (1994-1998) in the School of Medicine at Albert Ludwigs University, Freiburg, Germany, identify in their newly released book, Prevention of Breast Cancer: Hope At Last, the source of these cancerous pathogens masquerading in our food and lifestyles as the lethal Trojan horse.

This was interesting,

Fungi and their mycotoxins hide unseen in foods we eat and inside us. Because fungi have been infrequently recognized for their role in human pathology, and because their poisonous metabolites (mycotoxins) are invisible, little attention has been given to these deadly pathogens in our lives. In fact, few doctors even know that fungi produce mycotoxins. Primarily, we recognize the beneficial role of fungi's antibiotic properties and their life-sustaining qualities when we are threatened by infection, need surgery, or seek relief from colds. Conversely, however, few people know the lethal role certain fungi and their mycotoxins play in chronic diseases such as cancer, atherosclerosis, AIDS, gout, Crohn's disease, multiple sclerosis, hyperactive syndrome, infertility, psoriasis, cirrhosis, Alzheimer's disease, scleroderma, Raynaud's disease, sarcoidosis, kidney stones, amyloidosis, vasculitis, arthritis, and Cushing's disease. Furthermore, most physicians and researchers are unaware of unpublished pharmaceutical studies showing particular fungi and their mycotoxins to be so deadly they cannot be considered for any medicinal use.  The authors, in their Fungalbionic Series, detail the fungi/mycotoxin etiology of the above-named human diseases.  In their recent book, Prevention of Breast Cancer: Hope At Last, they identify the fungi/ mycotoxins that contaminate our foods and produce breast cancer. Thus, having outlined for us which meats, grains, vegetables, fruits, legumes, cheese, dairy, and other foodstuffs are likely to be fungi/mycotoxin contaminated, women with breast cancer and their doctors can begin to identify new ways of eating to reduce the fungi/mycotoxin exposure that results in breast cancer. The text is easy to read and understand both by medical professionals and the general public. The large type and clear organization makes this "science book" a must for all who are interested in preserving their health, or their patients' health, and preventing breast cancer.  Prevention of Breast Cancer: Hope At Last is divided into five parts.  In Part I, "Fungalbionics: Fungal Toxins Cause Degenerative and Cancerous Diseases," the authors briefly discuss fungi and their mycotoxins, showing how they can be both friend or foe.  Part II, "The Trojan Horse: Fungi and Mycotoxins Are in the Food Chain," lists common fungi species and their mycotoxins which contaminate our foods, then relates the danger of these biologically active substances: they are anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-protozoan, anti-insect, anti-animal, and of course anti-human. The term “mycotoxin" is derived from the Greek mykes, meaning "fungus," and toxicum, meaning "toxin" or "poison." Throughout the book, the authors present authentic and highly regarded research, significant medical data, and a clinical perspective on their comprehensive research of the world's fungi/mycotoxin literature on breast cancer. Twenty-four chapters in Part II point out that these carcinogens are variably present in our foods, including aflatoxin, cyclosporin, penicillin, fusarium, ochratoxin, fungal-produced nitrosamines, aspergillus, candida, and edible mushrooms.  Fungal colonization in houses, fungi/mycotoxins in tobacco, and mycotoxins in the diet are also discussed as agents of breast cancer. These include dietary fats that enhance fungi/mycotoxin cancer potential; meats and their fungi/ mycotoxin contamination; eggs, cheese, butter, and milk; and many other foodstuffs which of themselves are not carcinogenic but contain fungi/mycotoxins causing them to be carcinogenic. In Part III, the authors clearly point out that "Fungi-Mycotoxins Are the Cause of Breast Cancer." Pointing to Colditz's (1993) article which reviews the epidemiology of breast cancer (in the context of hormonal, hereditary, histologic, and dietary risk factors), they conclude that their published research data will reverse the current helplessness of women fearing breast cancer by providing a "new level of understanding" regarding the etiology and prevention of breast cancer.

AFLATOXIN MUTATES THE P53 GENE.

This should raise your eyebrows and cause you to learn more about which foods contain the most aflatoxins.

Also in Part III, the authors demonstrate that aflatoxin mutates the P53 gene, pointing out that "abnormalities of the p53 gene are reported in more than 50% of malignant tumors" (Livni et al. 1995); these include the lung, breast, and colon.

FOODS THAT CAN LEAD TO CANCER.

Chapters 30-48 in Part IV enumerate the foods and drinks that cause breast cancer when contaminated by fungi/mycotoxins. These include alcohol, wine, beer, bread, cereals, corn, meats, milk, butter, most cheeses, chicken, eggs, fats, margarine, sugar, sweet/fatty desserts, and tobacco. The authors show when these foodstuffs produce breast cancer and when they do not.

FOODS THAT PREVENT CANCER.

Part V discusses those vitamins, minerals, and foods that prevent breast cancer: vitamins A, C, D, E, selenium, calcium, zinc, sunlight, fish, vegetables, garlic and onions, lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, soy, olive oil, green tea, coffee, chocolate and cocoa, rice, pasta, fruit, fiber, yogurt, and honey.

Natural antifungals recommended by Sarah Pope, in order of tried and true and reliable, are 1) garlic, 2) Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, 3) 24-hour homemade Keifer, 4) Manuka honey, 5) oregano oil, 6) Pau d'Arco, and 7) Boron.  Interesting list.

The book concludes with a list of approximately 800 studies documenting the significant research and clinical findings presented.

#2:  LIGHT REVIEW OF PREVENTION OF The Garden of Eden Longevity Diet by Tomma Lou Mass

The Garden Of Eden Longevity Diet: Antifungal-Antimycotoxin Diet for the Prevention and Treatment of Cancer, Atherosclerosis, and Other Degenerative Diseases, A.V. Constantini, M.D. Heinrich Wieland, M.D. Lars I. Qvick, M.D. I Johann Friedrich Oberlin Verlag, Freiburg, Germany: 1998. 505 pages, $95

The Trojan horse that secretly infiltrates our lives bringing us cancer, atherosclerosis, and other degenerative diseases has now been unmasked by the World Health Organization's authors, Drs. A.V. Constantini, H. Wieland, and L. Qvick. The villains, unknown to most of us, are fungi and their fungal mycotoxins, the poisonous metabolites of fungi, which we eat in foods and which live in us and are fed by foods we eat. The pathogenic nature of fungi and their mycotoxins have played immense roles in chronic disease and degenerative illnesses but have until now not been suspected.  247 Book Reviews In The Garden of Eden Longevity Diet, the authors show us that what we eat and how that food has been processed or stored or prepared is the key to protecting ourselves from the ravages of cancer, atherosclerosis, and specific degenerative diseases.  This is the third book in the authors' Fungalbionic Series, illuminating the role of fungi/mycotoxins in human illness and health. All of its recipes carry a unique and far-reaching message:

"This recipe is antifungal/antimycotoxin. It is anti-cancer, anti-atherosclerosis, anti-degenerative diseases, and pro health."

This message is based on the extensive documentation in this and other volumes of the Fungalbionic Series. (The first and second books reveal the fungi/mycotoxin etiology of breast cancer and atherosclerosis.)

17 chapters of recipes offer healthful foods in these categories: salads, dressings, soups, fish, meat, eggs, vegetables, fruits, pasta, rice, breads, cookies, cakes, pies, desserts, and dessert drinks.

These 9 chapters explain how fungi/ mycotoxins cause degenerative and cancerous diseases; how we can shop for food to avoid risk; how to cook to minimize fungi/mycotoxin exposure; as well as other tips on healthful eating.

An Appendix, containing 7 chapters from Prevention of Breast Cancer: Hope At Last, states the benefits of vitamins A, C, D, E, selenium, calcium, and zinc for their potent anti-fungal, anti-mycotoxin activity.  Not only is this book easy to read and understand, but its organization will help one learn how to shop for food and prepare healthful, simple recipes that can help prevent the development of today's most chronic illnesses: cancer, atherosclerosis, and other degenerative disease, specifically: AIDS, gout, Crohn's disease, multiple sclerosis, hyperactive syndrome, infertility, psoriasis, cirrhosis, Alzheimer's disease, scleroderma, Raynaud's disease, sarcoidosis, kidney stones, amyloidosis, vasculitis, arthritis, and Cushing's disease.

Additionally, in Chapter 6, facts about fungi in foods, alcohol, beer, wine, and tobacco focus the reader on changes in lifestyle that would remove risks for cancer or atherosclerosis.  The "What You Buy Is What You Will Eat" list aids the shopper in his quest for food. The "First Things to Purchase" versus the "Quickly Pass By" section helps strengthen the resolve of the shopper to stick to “safe” foods for the family, and the "Shopping List for Garden of Eden Recipes" guides the serious shopper to minimum fungi/mycotoxin exposure. The Garden of Eden Longevity Diet sorts through the most contaminated foods and offers recipes that are anti-cancer, anti-atherosclerosis, antifungal, and anti-mycotoxin. The book documents over 440 significant studies and clinical findings for the claims made in The Garden of Eden Longevity Diet.  Having linked fungi and their mycotoxins to cancer and other degenerative diseases, the authors present us with a much-needed, useful book to help us regain our health in a modern age that can no longer guarantee us which foods are safe to eat. –Tomma Lou Maas

FUNGI

1.  Candida is the most common fungus in man.

Common Candida symptoms

The overuse of antibiotics can also be a contributing factor as it gives the normally harmless strains of Candida that live inside the gut and on the skin the opportunity to grow out of control and invade deep into body tissues.

EXAMPLES OF WHAT FUNGUS LOOK LIKE

Common Candida symptoms are:

Scalp (dandruff)

Athlete's Foot

Nails (toenail or fingernail fungus)

Fingernail Fungus

Recurring sinus infections

 Thrush (Oral)

Recurrent urinary tract or itchy genital infections

Bloating and even serious digestive issues such as Crohns’ disease and ulcerative colitis

Arthritis (yeast invades the joints)

ANTIFUNGALS

All raw honey possesses antifungal properties. However, if you are looking for the strongest variety, try Manuka!

GARLIC

Garlic possesses very strong anti-yeast properties. But, don’t use that semi-dried-out head in the back of the spice drawer.

It is very important to use the freshest cloves possible when using garlic as an antifungal.

Once crushed and left on the counter for about 15 minutes, the powerful substance allicin is synthesized which is one of the most potent Candida killers Mother Nature has to offer.

Use orally several times a day as a natural antifungal or apply allicin-infused oil to the skin for external benefits.

ANTIFUNGAL PILLS

Alternatively, allicin-activated garlic pills are helpful for those who are otherwise sensitive to garlic in whole-food form.

Buffered garlic in supplement form also works well for preventing the digestive distress that can sometimes accompany taking large doses of garlic.

Allicin supplements can also be used to make your own anti-dandruff shampoo.

VIRGIN COCONUT OIL

Coconut oil is about 42% lauric acid, which is an extremely potent antifungal fatty acid.

Heidi Moretti: How to Heal Gut Issues and Improve Your Gut Health

from "Heidi Moretti: How to Heal Gut Issues and Improve Your Gut Health,"

I have to say that the first 30 minutes of this interview was laborious because it didn't offer any specifics beyond what I already knew, but at the 19-minute mark, things started to pick up.

Here is Heidi's website.

19:09  Meats really important to her health right now are, of course, the bone and marrow, liver, and grass-fed intestines are "game changers," her words, every single day.  She nods to Michael Kummer about his product that's got intestines in it too, and kidney, and things that . . . .

19:39  Healing in a traditional sense.  We had talked before about how in nature, animals eat the organs first.  I actually witnessed this, Michael, I give this to my cat, I always give my cats and dogs some organ meats, too, and they will eat around, they will eat it first.  We are hardwired to need the nutritional and the components that we can't even fully understand, and these organ meats are beyond . . . we know there are lots of antioxidants, but there are essential biodirectors in organ meats that are healing.  [Biodirectors? A new word, and no explanation.]

20:25  Like certain omnivores . . . we have chickens.  So the other day we had liver pate that was already too long in the freezer and we didn't want to eat it anymore plus my recipe wasn't really that great for that batch, so we fed it to the chickens and they would go nuts.  I mean they have free choice between corn and soy-free organic grains and the best chicken feet we can buy but anytime there is animal protein then look at anything else look at anything else. Chickens are opportunistic omnivores.  They are like insect-leaning omnivores but nevertheless, they will eat whatever plants me and they gravitate to organ and animal protein in general.  Humans are meat-leaning omnivores just look at nature unfortunately many of us have lost the taste and desire to eat organ meats.

22:10. Eating only meats and removing everything else from your diet might lead to the quickest success in healing your gut.

24:14. There are just so many anti-nutrients in vegetables and fruit and that's Nature's design is to make plants inhospitable to whoever eats them because they also want to survive it's their natural defense to predators so they cause issues for carnate predators.  Most vegans I've met do not stay vegans.

24:40. 80% or so return to eating meat because of health issues.

24:45. Right they get sick or they have no energy or their gut is wrecked or both they have to come to that on their own.

25:48. Actually there is research to show that high-quality protein foods actually promote a healthy gut microbiota and that's fairly new.  I talk a lot about that in my book.  No, it's not fiber but high-quality protein that really heals the gut.  Now, that is an about-face for a lot of people.  Not many have read that research.

26:30. Even animal-based compounds, like colostrum is really beneficial for the gut lining, the gut microbiome, which is definitely an animal-based product.  So at minimum, you can do that.  That helps heal the gut lining.  So my approach tends to be more like pointing out that "these proteins are absorbed really well."  White rice is not as fermentable as onions and garlic.

27:45. Brown rice has more of the anti-nutrients but plain white rice which is stripped of all the stuff that you don't want.  If you think about it, these carbs aren't really a source of nutrients; you eat them because you like to taste.  We don't need them because there are so many good B vitamins in them; there isn't.

What's your take on raw milk?

29:00.  I'm not a milk Drinker I like milk products

29:14. Raw milk is sold as pet food here in Georgia.  But yes we do consume quite a bit of raw milk here I've been making key for out of it.

30:00. Pasteurization makes the milk dead.

31:15. Okay to recap you make sure that your patients get enough high quality protein like organ meats.

32:00. Peppermint is one of the easiest and quickest remedies for IBS.

33:00. Ozone capsules in olive oil?

33:10. Mine was a magnesium ozone compound.  What did you notice?

33:15. Since we have animals the kids don't wash their hands they grab the chickens, they cuddle with them and occasionally the. get something in their stomach and feel funky for a couple of hours.  And we've noticed that with ozone ozone oil and I don't know the exact mechanism I know how it works against bacterial over growth ozonites reacts immediately to whatever it comes in contact with, so it's not a stable molecule.  Those ozonides that are formed when the ozone gets suspended in olive oil, those seem to be inflammatory in that up regulates your immune system  temporarily.  Ozone destroys bacteria and viruses on contact, which is one of the reasons why it's used in swimming pools as a disinfectant even in dental practices.  The ozone caps are really convenient and effective for acute gut issues.  You just popped two of those and issues go away relatively quickly.  It's a Band-Aid at the end of the day, it's not going to address the root cause.

35:00. Activated charcoal is a similar concept to just binds everything together

36:00. Alcohol is incredibly toxic for the gut.

36:45. Yes the effects of alcohol last for a few days especially where the gut is concerned. The gut is an organ that can heal relatively quickly, regenerate cells incredibly quickly, but if there's a shift in your bacterial composition getting it back to baseline can take several days.  Even if you say that "I only drink three times a week," that's enough to keep it perpetually in a bad state.

38:10. Almost every nutrient is blocked by alcohol

38:15. With a half glass of red wine you only get about half of the nutrients from the steak that you would otherwise.

PLAQUES AND SCARRING ON BRAIN ARE ACTUALLY PARASITES?

Seems like it'd be a good time to get some antiparasitic supplements, like Ivermectin, like Fenbendozale, Artemisin, like garlic,

Mercury is the cause of Alzheimer's Disease. But Glutathione is a potent mercury chelator

Here's the Facebook page to discuss NBMI.

EDTA doesn't get into the cells very effectively either.  It doesn't pull mercury off a protein.  It just doesn't have that much affinity for mercury.  Good to know.  Instead it does have a strong affinity for lead and cadmium.

DMPS and DMSA.  What are these compounds?  These compounds take the mercury out of the blood, not out of the brain tissue or out of the bone marrow.

In this video, he gets more into chelating mercury from the body.  He says that EDTA is not a great mercury chelator.  The chelating method of his product, his approach, is for it to attach to the mercury inside the cell.  So his method doesn't actually remove the mercury from the cell but it renders it inert, meaning nontoxic to the cell.  Still there just nontoxic to the cell

His chelating product saw readings at 90 to 140 and after 3 tries he got the mercury down to 14.  Interesting.  His product is a good antioxidant that raises the glutathione levels, and the glutathione levels.  Glutathione gets into all of your cells.  So it's glutathione that is a potent mercury chelator.  Good to know.

Thank you to Dr. Mark Sircus.

Mercury can also be bound to sulfhydryl groups in garlic or to sulfur in the form of organic sulfur (MSM).

Mortality from cancer was reduced 90% during an 18-year follow-up of 59 patients treated with calcium-EDTA. Only one of 59 treated patients (1.7% ) died of cancer while 30 of 172 non-treated control subjects (17.6%) died of cancer (P=0.002).[6]   Dr. Walter Blumer

The mercury is there, but there's no sign of toxicity from the mercury.  That's what you want.
