REAL DIANA WEST: Suddenly occurred to me we are living (for now) thru Trump's Great Leap Forward -- and he probably doesn't know it.

Great Leap Forward, 1958-1962?  

So these data centers are Trump's Great Leap Forward campaign to copy [Fiveable] "what the Chinese Communist Party initiated under Chairman Mao Zedong between 1958 and 1962, aiming to transform China from an agrarian economy into a socialist society through rapid industrialization and collectivization. It followed the establishment of the People's Republic of China in 1949 and sought to propel China to rival Western industrialized nations."  

Did I mention the coincidental [understatement] famine?
