Hardly anyone is buying sports cars.

The Supra was only available for a while in the automatic, and they said, okay, "We want a standard too," so they started selling the standard and sales went down.  But all of these blah-ers on the internet were like, "Oh, I want one with a standard transmission, la, la, la," but they're not buying it.  It's all baloney.  In this case, Ford is buying into their own baloney.  "O, no, they're not priced too high."  Something's wrong.  Either they're priced right or they're not made right.  For example, V8 powered GT increased $2,800.  The Dark Horse went $3,600, and they start at $69,870.  And of course,  there's the GDT, which starts at $325,000.  But they're only making a few of those, and they say that they're all paid for, right, and they're all ordered, and you can't even order one now.  They're obviously not priced right.  Sports cars are not something that people buy.  Yeah, the kids, the 12-year-olds.

The people that are buying the cars aren't buying the Mustangs.  Their sales are dropping, and Ford says, "They're priced right."  Well, Ford, you ought to look at . . . something's wrong!  Sports cars are more of a thing of the past. They are not popular anymore.  Look at all the sports car manufacturers who stopped making sports cars.  It's telling you something.  Maybe you should just give up the ghost on them.  But they won't because that's their big thing, the Mustang, that's their image, right.  It's like the Harley-Davidson has the outlaw image, right, fat old basically a bunch of fat old white man driving around on a Harley-Davidson.  But they have this rebel image.  When I was a kid the image was the Hell's Angels roaring down the road on a Harley everyone was afraid they were going to now you see a guy riding a Harley and somebody passes him with a minivan. Boy you've got to do something about mustangs because people are not buying them even in China the electric car boom is expected to slow down in 2025 because the Boom is going bust even in China they've got a bunch of companies that made electric cars starting from scratch they needed to build the infrastructure bunch of them are going bankrupt you can't have a million different things out there like when the chips hit the ground and everything settled out there will be a handful of them that's how it always goes there's no reason to have a billion different companies making electric cars that stupid they have a few of them that know what they're doing why do you think there's not $8,000 different car manufacturers out there in the world because the small ones went out of business because they couldn't compete so there's a combination of these small ones going out of business and they're already having problems, and the Chinese aren't buying as many as they were.  If you don't know, China is the largest car market in the world.  It used to be the United States, but we're number two now.  China is number one.  They buy more cars than anybody, and who's to say that the Chinese are going to be happy with electric cars?  And if they talk about "Oh, it's green, it's green." My butt! China leads the world in building coal-fired plants.  You know, they keep building them and building them, they pretend they're green.  They show, "Oh, we got windmills.  We got solar panels all over the place," but they keep building coal fired plants to make electricity because China is full of coal.  They got coal, coal, coal all over the place, and obviously they're still using it
