Newsom says Trump not eligible for future presidential elections & has asked the California's State Assembly to pass a bill that will remove Trump's name on any future ballots

Democrats really are afraid of Trump.  And they really don't want him having a second term. 

Can't imagine that a governor would have this kind of power, or if he does I can't imagine that it would have any standing in a court of law.

Among politicians and among political parties, politics can be nasty.  I don't have a historical grasp of the nastiness (well, there are the assassinations, so . . .), but this move by Newsom not only blocks Donald Trump, Republican and conservative wings, but also restricts voters' choice.  Do you hear Republicans or conservatives restricting democratic voters' choice?

BTW, DC Draino says, " Proof of $10M+ in Ukrainian bribes."  It's over $100 billion.  He hasn't kept very good accounting.
