J6 Defendant, PAMELA HEMPHILL, doing her time [which was 3 months]

Hemphill's record of arrest and sentencing is here:

All of this for an older American trying to hold her government accountable for conspiracy to commit fraud against the American people.

Her punishment is excessive.  She is imprisoned for 2 months on what charge, or conviction?

Following that, she is placed on 3 years of probation.  She was sentenced on May 24, 2022, for up to 60 days, which means she's almost served her sentence, thank God.

What was her sin, her crime?

Her social media postings.

She made this post on Facebook.  It reads,

It’s not going to be a FUN Trump Rally that is planned for January 6th, it’s a WAR!

The fight for America is REAL, show up. I don’t want to hear your excuses!

We have no second chances, if Millions and I mean Millions show pu we may have a chance.

Then she posted this.  Though it may not be the smartest move, it does not show criminal intent.  Has she made threats with a rifle in hand in a picture posted on Facebook before?  The gal is having fun.  She is playing up to her audience.  I don't think that she was thinking that the FBI was also part of her audience.  But I guess they are whether invited or not, whether we like it or not.

These are the criminal complaints against her.  Be sure to open up this link to see the level of surveillance on everyone at the Capitol Building that day.  It was a no-win for anybody.
