The military industrial complex demands about $50 billion per year in war. As soon as we quit spending $50b per year in Afghanistan, we started spending $50b per year in Ukraine. Watch where the next $50b per year goes when we stop sending it to Ukraine. The MIC is always hungry. https://t.co/fJro68zcHc

DR. JACK KRUSE: Coffee [is] just not wise for the colony of mitochondria in the heart, arteries, or brain.
Looks like 1-2 cups/day had a positive effect. --I_am_the_exercise_science
from Dr. Jack Kruse,
So, if you have a melanin problem, doing things to dehydrate yourself is not wise. Got it? Nothing succeeds like success. Another study emphasizes that coffee consumption today might not be wise. A 5G environment and coffee are just not wise for the colony of mitochondria in the heart, arteries, or brain. Just watch the avalanche of issues as 5G and COVID complications roll out in unison. Coffee is a tropical seed from the fruit of the coffee plant, meaning if you use it for its benefits, you better be in a light environment with both UV and IR present. If not, you're making your tinnitus, cataracts, TBI, CVD, and dementia worse = which means dehydration of your melanin sheets = or photo-bio-electrocution of your body.
When Uncle Jack made this prediction in 2014 in Pasadena, and when I said it at a "conference," the guy did not like the truth.
Study: "Heavy coffee consumption was associated with a modest increase in CVD risk, but this association was UNAFFECTED by genetic variants influencing caffeine metabolism."
Let me fix the tweet for biophysical accuracy.

from I_am_the_exercise_science,
compared with participants drinking 1-2 cups/day, the risk of CVD was elevated for nondrinkers, drinkers of decaffeinated coffee, and those who reported drinking >6 cups/day.

DR. PAUL SALADINO: Sugar is NOT bad for you because it raises your blood sugar. [It's] bad for you because it causes dysbiosis in your gut => increases endotoxin =>inflammation/metabolic dysfunction.
Sugar is bad for you, but not for the reason you think.

REP. THOMAS MASSIE: Everybody but me has an AIPAC person
We're going to add $328 billion to the deficit this year. We're going to add $295 billion to the deficit the year after that...why would I vote for that?” -@RepThomasMassie

Unless I get a lobotomy Monday that causes me to forget what I’ve witnessed the past 12 years, I’ll be a NO on the CR this week.

It amazes me that my colleagues and many of the public fall for the lie that we will fight another day.
