What has surprised us in the last two or three years that we've been getting quite a few data in the diagnosis of TB it's usually done with sputum production sputum is difficult to produce actual funeral when they're asked Can you produce a sputum there's a lag there's a delay maybe there's saliva but it's not sputum and of course little kids are not able to do it at all so getting a sample from a little kid is a very invasive process of using saline installation they have to be sedated it's a big procedure it turns out that in TV TB organisms tend to coat the tongue so that if you use a swab to swab the tongue you actually pick up enough organisms too detect by a PCR so that is the real innovation now there's a couple of trappings to this which is that the TB bug has got a very tough shell it's cell wall is quite tough it's not good enough just to put this directly on the PCR this is the cartridge for the PCR it's one of our new partners codeine this thing goes into a reader but this is where you would put the sample this is just a repository actually you've got to do something pretty active which is this is the container with some ingredients in that you
