Linda Sun is not an isolated case.  You let folks in from former communist countries means that you're giving a green light to folks who know how to run communist games.  

Public service jobs are not about letting people of different backgrounds have a variety of opinions or voices.  Your job as a recipient of taxpayer funds is to serve the public.  Full stop.  Equity does not exist.  Everyone has different skills, talents, and honor.  And outsiders feel a lack of American legitimacy because they have no extended history to American communities.
