"Violence, Threats, and Life," Chase Hughes, May 31, 2024.

5:00  This will help you understand how people process decisions, this is called OODA Loop, developed by a former Army colonel, John Boyd, who developed this to illustrate the thought process that fighter pilots, namely fighter pilots, but any personnel in combat, have to go through to respond to violent actions.  OODA stands for Observe, Orient, Decide, and then Act.  Chase doesn't think the OODA Loop is complete.

He noticed that in training police officers for many years that . . .

6:00  The OODA loop is not what an attacker or an aggressor goes through that's going to stab a police officer or pull a gun out and shoot a police officer.

6:23  So I've invented something for police and military officers, called the TFCA Cycle: Threat, Fear, Calculation, and then Action.  So this indicates that suspects or attackers go through a mental process that even though it may be irrational, it is still their mental process and they do this before they take action.. and that officers soldiers military people can capitalize on this by identifying some of these mental processes before the violent behavior starts taking place.  Previously, people were faced with only orienting to a threat AFTER . . . .  Think about this.  I'm only orienting to a threat AFTER the aggressor has decided to take action, and that puts me on the back foot.  So the stuff that I teach the police gives the ability for people to respond to that stuff.

7:27.  So let's talk about TFCA really quick.  This is the stuff that's inside of the suspect or the attacker's mind.  TFCA is the Threat, the Fear, Calculation, and Action.  I am perceiving some kind of threat.  For some people, that might be blue lights in my rear view mirror; that becomes a threat.  For others,  that might be "give me your registration and your ID."  For others, that might be "step out of the car."  Who knows?  They are perceiving a threat.  They start feeling fear.  Can we see fear in behavior?  We've studied behavior profiling, the 6XMinute X-ray.  Can we see fear?  Yes, we are seeing that, yes.  So we can start seeing those indicators of fear.  We have the calculation.  We can start seeing eye movement.  We can see a lot of stuff that indicates calculation and instead of waiting until they take action to start doing something to de-escalate.  We can do a lot of things beforehand, before we start getting shot at, before that knife is in that person's hand.

COPE concealment, oxygenation, preparation, expenditure.

Averting gaze.  Eyes move downward with the head, not separate.  Gaze will avert in the direction of the dominant hand.

Sideways gaze aversion is a preflight indicator.

Humorous Freeze.  Funny bone.  When we see the upper arms stick into the torso, they kind of freeze up against the torso, this is almost always seen in over 95% of the cases right before an attack occurs.

GREG REESE: Alwaleed bin Talal is co-owner, with Bill Gates, of the Four Seasons, which resides on floors 35-39 of the Mandalay Bay Hotel.

This airport is referenced in the story of Brian Malinowski.

The Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas adjacent to the Mandalay Bay Hotel, the site of the October 1, 2017 mass shooting of young men and women attending the concert was owned by Bill Gates and Saudi Prince, Alwaleed bin Talal through a deal made in 2007.

Despite that police officers claimed that they saw Paddock shoot himself, the recorded time of his demise wasn't until noon the following day.  Go figure.

Hotel security guard, Jose Campos, was supposedly shot in the leg 6 minutes BEFORE he began his attack, and yet it took law enforcement 72 minutes to get into Paddock's hotel room.  Body cam footage shows a hotel security guard directing police to the 32nd floor.  And less than 10 minutes later, directing other officers to the 29th floor.  When the police finally get to Paddock's floor, hotel security seems strangely casual.  One strolls down the hallway with his back to Paddock's room and points behind him to Room 135.  And they then stand calmly in the hallway with their attention fixed on the police.  Hotel Security Manager, George Umstott, was later found hiding in a hotel room and detained by police.  And several key officers were never even questioned.

Campos claimed he went to UMC Quick Care for treatment, but the facility stated they had no record of this.  He then fled the country and returned only to appear on the Ellen Degeneres Show owned by MGM.  MGM was granted a restraining order, an RO, weeks after the shooting to prevent them from destroying evidence.

5:50  Dan Bogino.  Two possible scenarios here.  One, completely implausible.  That the Mandalay was a co-conspirator in this, which is nonsense.  Or two, there's some kind of hostility or trust gap developing between law enforcement and Mandalay.  Nothing else makes sense.

6:08  Greg Reese.  One theory suggests it was Saudi Arabia.  Just 3 months before the Las Vegas massacre, moderate Muhammad bin Salaman, known as MBS, was made the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia and was met that same day with President Trump's personal show of support.  This created a civil war between MBS and his hardliner cousin, Alwaleed bin Talal, co-owner of the Four Seasons, which resides on floors 35-39 of the Mandalay Bay Hotel.  The theory suggests that there was a failed assassination attempt against MBS at the Tropicana Hotel that night and that the massacre at the Route 91 Harvest Festival was a savage message of warning to President Trump.  [Why Trump?  What did he do to Alwaleed bin Talal?  So just showing support to MBS was enough to cause Alwaleed bin Talal to send a violent message?  Whoa.]  Stephen Paddock was a pilot, and according to this theory was a gun runner for Prince Alwaleed bin Talal.  This would explain Paddock's wealth and access to the Service Elevators at the Mandalay Bay.  And when the assassination attempt failed, Paddock became Talal's sacrificial lamb rather than his getaway pilot.  The Prince had Saudi military helicopters in the area at the time.  Four weeks after the Las Vegas shooting, MBS, had his cousin, Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, and 10 other princes arrested on corruption and money-laundering charges.  We don't know if this theory is correct.  But a year later, the case was closed.  And we are told that there's nothing to the story but the 64-year-old lone gunman with no motive, Stephen Paddock.

8:00  Sheriff Joseph Lombardo.  There's no conspiracy between the FBI, between LVPD, and the MGM.  Nobody is attempting to hide anything.

JENNIFER KENNEDY, ESQ.: You took veteran law enforcement and first responders off the line and you endangered the city of Los Angeles in the name of safety.

She addressed the Los Angeles School Board in 2023.  Tenacious.  Just wished more could have heard her before they took the shot.

Speaking on Agenda item #23.

Good morning, Council.  My name is Jennifer Kennedy.  I'm a freedom lawyer and I represent hundreds of men and women injured by your Ordinance 187134, including Michael McMahon co-founder of the anti-mandate group RollCall4Freedom, and as an attorney, I assert their rights today to address this public body and I speak on their behalf.  My comments are their comments.  First, it's about time that you've ended the stupid and cruel mandate.  It's been 2 years, 9 months, and 22 days since this city intentionally and willfully devastated the lives of its dedicated employees.  You stripped careers and commands from your LAPD officers and your LAFD firefighters.  You took veteran law enforcement and first responders off the line and you endangered the city of Los Angeles in the name of safety.  You stole the livelihoods of these dedicated public servants and you put your citizens in danger, and you did this after the CDC had already globally admitted that these shots didn't prevent infection or transmission.  Today I ask you, was it worth it?  Was it worth it to you all to have your names forever linked with the tyrants who have committed genocide and holocaust against their own people?  Was it worth it? The men on the Council, was it worth it that you took the jobs of other men?  You took away their ability to provide for their families.  For the women on the council, was it worth it?  Was it worth taking mothers away from their children, putting single mothers on the streets because they wouldn't submit to your demands?  I will tell you, for my clients who said yes to your demand, who accepted the investigational EUA product, serving this city and keeping their jobs was not worth the damage to their bodies that the spike protein factories did.  And to the people who said no,  was it worth it to say no to your heresy inquisitions and your medical experiment?  Was it worth it for the Liberty violations to lose their jobs to stand on principle and faith?  And the answer was yes.  Not a one of us regrets not taking the shot.  It's time to end the mandate, and that day is today.

Though many have not forgotten what happened to them, the fight to be furious and pursue vengeance may have run its course precisely because there is no help.  There are no lawyers winning cases and damages to account for the loss in productivity, the loss in vitality, and the loss in savings spent on endless months and years of therapy instead of a financial legacy to their children or celebrating milestones in their lives.  Caring for themselves while hoping things will get better.  It's nice to hear advocates, like Jennifer Kennedy.  Thank you.

PUTIN: The main threat to Europe is not Russia, but the USA

Putin reads,

The danger to Europe does not come from Russia.  The main threat to Europeans is in a critical and increasingly total dependence on the United States.  In military, political, technological, ideological, and information spheres, Europe is pushed more and more on the sidelines of the global economic development, is immersed in the chaos of immigration and other acute problems, deprived of international subjectivity and cultural identity.  Sometimes it seems that the ruling European politicians and representatives of the Euro bureaucracy are more afraid to fall out of favor with Washington instead of losing the trust of their own people, own citizens.

Putin obviously would say this, but that doesn't mean he's wrong: it's painfully obvious to anyone paying attention, and I think Europeans are slowly realizing it (finally).

De Gaulle said it best: "The truth is that the Americans will end up being hated by everyone. Even by their most unconditional allies. All the dirty tricks imagined by the Americans are contradicted by events." (quoted by his confident Alain Peyrefitte in "C’était De Gaulle") François Mitterrand also said it: "France does not know it, but we are at war with America. Yes, a permanent war, a vital war, an economic war. Yes, the Americans are very tough, they are voracious, and they want undivided power over the world. It is an unknown war, a permanent war, seemingly without deaths and yet a war to the death..." (quoted by Georges Marc Benamou in "Le dernier Mitterrand")

KENNEDY, ESQ.: If Sen. Min had no ID on him when the cops stopped him, that would be an extra $250 fine! But Min's #SB1174 will BAN VOTER ID for elections. How d'you square that? A fine for no ID while driving, but no ID required to vote? You gotta be drunk to follow that logic.
