ARE YOU BEGINNING TO SPOT THE #1 EVIL IN THE WORLD?

No one deserves so much power over anyone else.  When women get power, they're terrible with men.  When men get power, they can be terrible with women.  When adults get power, they're not so good with kids.  Authority is important for leadership, not power.  Power is conferred to leaders. 

Looks like the transition from freedom and western values in Iran to Islam was particularly brutal against women.   

Did I mention that Islam and Sharia Law kill western traditions?  No?  Killing traditions is soul murder.

A Christmas to Remember

13:23  My mom tells me some memories of her growing up and she was in a very poor family.  And one Christmas for Christmas Eve, they had oyster stew, which was one of their traditions.  And they're just using canned oysters because they lived in Idaho, and that Christmas Eve as she was eating her oyster stew, she found a pearl in her soup and she always told me that was a really special time because we didn't really have anything at all.  
And then the poorest Christmas of all for her when she knew that nobody was getting any presents because we can't even pay our bills right now; we were really on hard times because their father, my grandfather, had been injured, and so the mom, my grandmother, sewed her a doll out of fabrics and sewed the faces on the doll and then sewed a bunch of little clothes that would go on that doll, and my mom says 'that was the best Christmas she ever had.'   --Curtis Bowers

This should be kept by anyone who cherishes Christmas and Christmas memories.  It's good work by Curtis Bowers.  The world is lyric.  To be a warrior, one needs a little hate in his heart.  But to be a man, a father, husband, brother, son, one needs love.  Life is lyrical.

Mike @mrddmia: A good article pointing out that the Mar-a-Lago Raid was illegal.

But it's a lot worse. The FBI knowingly did the illegal Raid to snatch Crossfire Hurricane documents which directly implicate Obama, Hillary, the CIA and the FBI. I have been saying for years, based on my own evidence, that the FBI Assistant Director for Counter-Intelligence Alan Kohler organized the Raid. It has now been confirmed (see attached). Kohler did the Raid on the orders of Christopher Wray and Lisa Monaco, an Obama crony who effectively ran the Biden DOJ with Maggie Goodlander, Jake Sullivan's wife (a top Hillary advisor). Also involved was Avril Haines, Brennan's former Deputy Director at the CIA, who was made Director of National Intelligence under Biden. The purpose of the Raid was to seize and hide the Crossfire Hurricane documents showing that the CIA, the FBI, and British intelligence coordinated anti-Trump ops out of England. President Trump declassified the documents, but Wray's FBI, Monaco (Obama), and Haines (Brennan) had them retroactively reclassified before the Raid, and then falsely accused President Trump of holding and distributing classified documents endangering spies and operations. In fact, the documents endangered the Deep State, showing that Stefan Halper and Christopher Steele, on Obama's orders, falsified "intelligence" about Donald Trump and his team to stop him from becoming President and then in an attempt to overthrow him. Alan Kohler, the man who organized the Raid, was previously the head of FBI London Station, working with Gina Haspel, the head of the CIA London Station. Kohler ran Christopher Steele and Stefan Halper, the two "Confidential Human Sources" on the Crossfire Hurricane anti-Trump FBI op. Steele worked for Richard Dearlove, former head of MI6 (British CIA), and Dearlove is friends and business partners with Halper, a CIA operative who worked for Brennan and Haspel, as well as for the FBI. Halper is MITCH in Comey's notes, the guy in charge of the Hillary Clinton Plan to tie Donald Trump to Russian intelligence. Obama ordered this operation, and both Halper and Steele were paid a lot of money by the Obama administration. The CIA, the FBI, and British intelligence implemented it. That's why Kohler, Monaco, and Haines had to remove and hide the evidence.

SAMA HOOLE: Old Berber men who dug up 30-year butter and ate it for health knew something modern medicine forgot: fat is medicine. Especially fermented, aged, grass-fed fat.

Morocco, 1800s-1900s: European travelers to Atlas Mountains encounter horrifying practice: Berbers eating rancid butter. Not accidentally. Deliberately. Smen: butter heavily salted, packed into clay vessels, sealed, buried underground. For months. Sometimes years. Sometimes decades. Dug up yellow-brown, smell Europeans describe as "overpowering," taste that makes no sense to Western palates. Berbers eat it anyway. By the spoonful. As medicine. French colonial doctors, 1920s: "The natives consume this spoiled butter with apparent relish, claiming medicinal properties for digestive ailments and general weakness. Clearly superstition, likely causing more harm than good." Berbers disagree. They've made smen for centuries with specific medicinal uses. Digestive issues? Smen. Postpartum recovery? Smen. General malaise? Smen. Children not growing? Smen. Elderly especially prize 20-30 year aged smen as particularly potent. What Europeans missed: Smen is fermented fat. Fermentation plus salt creates complex bacteria ecosystem, breaks down milk fats into more bioavailable forms. The "overpowering smell" is butyric acid and fermentation products. The "rancid" taste is controlled fermentation, like aged cheese taken further. Modern analysis shows it contains high butyric acid (anti-inflammatory, gut health), concentrated fat-soluble vitamins A/D/E/K, beneficial bacteria strains, CLA from grass-fed butter. Berbers didn't have labs. They had centuries of empirical observation. Smen worked. People recovered faster. Children grew better. Postpartum women recovered quicker. Health records from French colonial Morocco show pattern: Berber populations in Atlas eating traditional diets including smen had lower digestive disease rates, better illness recovery, better child survival than Arabic populations in cities eating European-influenced diets. Most Moroccans buy mass-produced supermarket butter. Morocco's obesity: 26% rising. Diabetes: tripled since 1980. Cardiovascular disease: epidemic levels. Berbers who ate rancid buried butter had none of these. French doctors commented on their vitality despite "primitive" diet. Old Berber men who dug up 30-year butter and ate it for health knew something modern medicine forgot: fat is medicine. Especially fermented, aged, grass-fed fat. We call it rancid. They called it medicine. Their health outcomes suggest they were right.
