This is a big problem. IMO there are a lot of other problems contributing to this. It won’t be fixed easily.

You bring your elderly parent to the doctor and you say I cannot take care of my dad he needs lifting he needs help in the bathroom he needs help feeding everything I have my own kids I have my own job I have my own family there is no social support only if you are wealthy can you buy that privately your primary care doctor cannot suggest that your dad should get admitted to a nursing home and that Medicare can cover I when I work on the inpatient side of things cannot go see your dad down in the Ed and suggest oh what he needs is help with daily activities of living he should go to a nursing home no I have to admit him to the hospital

. . . even though as a doctor do not believe in that so that the case manager can now send out a prior authorization as long as he has stayed in the hospital for at least two nights and you're not paying the observation rate you were paying the inpatient rate because they only accept from inpatient this is what drains our money in this country and you know where that money is being drained first the American people we are putting Americans and so much debt through this system and the hospital is making a profit and it does not go to physician salaries you can bet on that I have admitted patients before Medicare doesn't even want to cover anyway now we're looking at other options like Medicaid in order to in order to qualify for Medicaid you have to make no money at all and buy money I'm not talking about the cash flowing in I'm talking about everything you want your car your house your savings that you've worked your butt off your entire life things you want to pass down to your kids after you die yeah I guess what you have to do with those things you have to do what's called "spend down,"

You have to sell that car.  You have to sell that house.  You have to be poor enough to qualify for Medicaid in this country so that you can go die with grace in a nursing home.  We are so jaded, and this happens all the time and we know it's wrong we just live with the system cuts to Medicaid cut what we are charging people who make $30,000 a year and supporting their family we are charging them tens of thousands of dollars people in the United States work until they die this is a non-partisan issue.  We are all human beings.  As a citizen, you should be taken care of by your government at the end of life, especially if you paid taxes your entire life and you're promised Medicare.

The CIA were all over the Epstein case.  Epstein was running the East Coast for the CIA.  CIA, CIA, CIA.  Recruited by the CIA. . . . through CIA programs.  Run guns in Iran Contra with the CIA.  In banking, doing CIA stuff enters into this world where everybody who is getting on that plane everybody, everybody is CIA.  It's like the Mossad people come in and who Bracken people like the people who come in from Mossad to work with the CIA for deals. Of course, Mossad and CIA work together we all know this.  It doesn't mean because they work together that suddenly makes Jeffrey Epstein the Mossad and not the CIA because he's f****** CIA. So obvious he is CIA. You say it's Mossad, none of that happens.  None of that happens.  Understand why that is happening.  Understand why that is happening.  Understand why everybody is pointing to the massage.  It's a lie.  It's a lie.  Every time I investigate this case, the Mossad is like this thing that comes from the outside and is like, "Oh, we're working with you over here, we're helping you over here."  But the whole core, the core element, the people paying the wages, helping backwards and forwards, are controlling the Democratic Party for the CIA.  The CIA Central Intelligence Agency of America that's who Jeffrey Epstein worked for, that's who Stanley Pottinger worked for.  Can you imagine if that stuff that I just read to you if the majority of people understood that, do you understand what would happen?  Do you understand that changes the case, that changes everything that happened?  And eventually people will talk about this, they won't even mention my name.  They'll mention some other person who will co-opt this information, use it as their own, and will be a legitimate voice, and then steer everybody into a different direction and blame the thing they wanted to blame?  That's what will happen eventually they'll get some person who has written a famous book somewhere and they will have them tell you the story of Stanley Pottinger in a very careful way so that at the end all you're looking at is Stanley Pottinger and not looking at all the things around him and all of his contacts.

Yes, this is very serious.  Now we are witnessing an invasion.  There are no refugees, no, this is an invasion of mass, mass Islamization of Europe, which already have went on for a minimum of 50, 60 years Islamization in Europe.  But now it is en mass it is very evident.  And so this is a global political agenda by the powerful of the world to destroy Europe culturally and religiously, I mean to destroy Christianity ultimately in Europe with the help of the Islamic mass Islamic population.  

And I was reading recently an article of socialist, sociologist who made a calculation that maybe in 30 or 40 years when it's now going on so the majority of the population of Europe will be Islamic when this will go on because the European people have almost no children, one or two.  The Muslims are they have 5, 6 to 10 children, and so it is you can only make mathematics, and then you can see that they will be in the majority.  And so maybe it is a permission of God that then the Church being surrounded by an Islamic society which is not tolerant and which will not be tolerant, and then the Christianity, the Church, will be too much, maybe, purified, and the purification is good also sometimes.
