I reported on this in 2014.  

A handful of fires in the town of San Gabriel, California where at least three properties, two on San Gabriel Blvd and one on Valley at New Avenue, were torched.  Local media cooperates in the crime, making them accomplices.  Two were retail businesses, and one was a high school.  They don't just catch fire.  These structures are arsoned.  

One was a Rexall Drug store that had been around since the 1950s.  The other retail property was a tiny strip mall, so multiple businesses, at the northeast corner of New Avenue and Valley Blvd.  The Rexall lot is still empty 10 years later.  The only structure that's been replaced so far is the school, and they turned that tiny San Gabriel High School into a mega high school.

Because the airplane hit the tower 93 floors up. There is no way that damage and fires 93 floors above would lead to collapse in the basement of a steel framed skyscraper. These buildings are specifically designed to resist this type of event. This could have only occurred if explosives were detonated in the basement - like in the 1993 WTC bombing. That the American public still believes otherwise shows how much trouble we’re in… and how eager the people who really carried out 9/11 will be to do it again… …if we give them the chance.

So what is the alternative to these garbage supplements?  For vitamins, minerals, and enzymes, on an empty stomach, you can juice vegetables, such as carrots and celery.  You can drink raw milk which is high in minerals and medicinal.  You can also eat raw eggs, which are Nature's multivitamin and one of the most easily digestible foods out there.  You can also eat organ meats, such as liver which is incredibly nutrient-dense.
