34:32  That's exactly what they did with the United States and it's my argument about Libor versus Sofr controlling the value of that and then in the 20th century as they finally installed the central bank here in the United States as they moved us off the gold standard and then they eventually gave us the London interbank offer rate for the period of the dollars it was a Libor Reserve standard I just cleaned that phrase literally like Idaho just now take reframe these things when you start to think about them what was actually controlling the price of dollars wasn't the Federal Reserve on this point I agree with Jeff Snyder completely the Federal Reserve hasn't been in control of its monetary policies and the growth of the euro dollar markets in the mid-50s agreed or I disagree with you is that that was a free market process it wasn't a free market process.  It was created by the Marshall Plan.  It was created by the underpricing of gold and the overvaluing of the dollar that came out of Bretton Woods; that was a policy.  And then they just let the policy circumscribe the boundary conditions of the global economy and then s*** just slowed naturally from there.  Then you can apply free market principles within that box: here are the boundary conditions of your problem, and now we can let free market forces operate within the box, and, oh, look!  It looks like the free market but we've artificially determined what the free market is, where the free market is, and how the free market is going to operate.  That's not a free market process.  That's bullshit, and if you don't think that that doesn't fuel knowing full well what the excesses are going to be, what the mistakes are going to be, they understood all of this because the British have done this for 400 years. They've done this.  They understand how to manipulate FX rates to get what they want and to have that underscore and undergird their foreign and domestic, their foreign policy and everybody else's domestic policy condition, so you just create an artificial boundary condition, let it operate, and then blame it on capitalism.  You can then take the underclass that you've created and use them as your useful idiots

37:39 the elite to fight for them there's always a natural incentive structure or natural relationship Richard Poe talks about this in his latest book.  It's a great ok, called How the British Invented Communism and Blamed It on the Jews.  It's more about how the British have used the mechanisms, and how they use class warfare to affect their foreign policy over the years.  If there's an alignment of incentives between the lower classes and the upper classes to betray the burgeoning middle class, the bourgeoisie because they are the ones that if you allow the bourgeoisie then they exert political power and they overthrow the upper class.  So what do you do?  You set the upper class and the lower classes against the bourgeoisie.  

And what are we seeing today, is the ruinous effect of government policy all across the West targeted the upper middle class, middle-class wealth, small business owners, and everyone.  And it's now they've just ripped the friggin' mask off completely.  They did it for a long time and everybody was like, "You know why are you doing this?" to the dumbest thing imagine you're killing small businesses.  "Well, we're trying to help the poor."  No, you're trying to destroy us, and unfortunately, a lot of poor people fall for it.  You know they're disenfranchised, the victim crowds and they just target individual victim crowds, knowing full well that when you set up systems like this, you set up patterns of abuse within society, the reactions, the psychological damage that's done within families, within communities, and whatnot.  The deracination and all of it; it's all really predictable across human behavior that's going to take out the middle-class . . . in Peoria, then tomorrow we're going to work on Gary, Indiana; then on Thursday, we're going to work on Charleston, South Carolina.  No, they just know that if they set the boundary conditions up in a particular way and then let the clock run, they're going to get 85% of what they want, and they just fine-tune it along the way by a politician here, put a terrible Supreme Court Justice on the bench there, kill an Eastern European president over there.  I mean this is the way it works.

Alexander Haig became SACEUR as Rumsfeld left Brussels, and he remained in that position until 1979. The United States of State Sponsored Terror.  No wonder the U.S. is always sounding the alarm of terrorism.  The U.S. is the #1 purveyor of terrorism, state-sponsored terrorism in the world.  Bar none.  As Ryan puts it, "'Jenkins wrote about “government terror'” and how national governments would begin to employ terrorists as surrogates.[29]  Further, "Jenkins further explained that “Terrorism is aimed at the people watching, not at the actual victims. Terrorism is theater.”[30] He believed that one objective of terrorism was “to enforce obedience and cooperation. This is the normal objective of state or official terrorism” and that “success demands the creation of an atmosphere of fear and the seeming omnipresence of the internal security apparatus.”[31]

Clifford went on to infamy as a leading figure in the terrorist-financing Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCCI). It was Clifford, in fact, who first approached Saudi Arabian intelligence director Kamal Adham with the proposal to create such a network to fund off-the-books intelligence operations internationally.[9] 

In 1969, Nitze and his mentor, Dean Acheson, began to tutor aspiring bureaucrats who had been recommended by their colleague Albert Wohlstetter of the University of Chicago and the RAND Corporation. Under Nitze’s supervision, Richard Perle and Paul Wolfowitz had their introduction to the workings and power structure of the U.S. government.[10]

The Gulf of Tonkin non-event was undoubtedly an example of false flag manipulation for political purposes and the Liberty incident appears to have been a major cover-up of an attack upon U.S. servicemen. State-sponsored terrorism was already a well-established fact by then, however. For example, the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) approved a plan called Operation Northwoods in 1962. 

Plenty of evidence available now for Americans to read on their own.  

Operation Northwoods called “for a wave of violent terrorism to be launched in Washington, D.C., Miami, and elsewhere. People would be framed for bombings they did not commit; planes would be hijacked. [This would provide] the public and international backing they needed to launch their war.”[11] The signed documents are available today and because of this we know that high level U.S. government representatives conspire, on occasion, to commit crimes against the American people for the purpose of starting wars.[12] 

Though JFK rejected Operations Northwoods, it was his Joint Chiefs of Staff who approved the plan.  So when you hear media and social media wannabees tell you of Operation Northwoods as a shocking and salacious detail of what the inner cabal of the U.S. wanted to do to its own people, know that the plan did get approved and executed despite Kennedy's rejection of it. 

Although Operations Northwoods was rejected by President Kennedy, the plan becomes more interesting historically when one considers the ensuing activities of the members of the JCS who approved that plan. For example, JCS chairman Lyman Leminitzer went directly from approving Operation Northwoods in 1962 to become Supreme Allied Commander in Europe (SACEUR), from 1963 to 1969, putting him in charge of NATO forces. According to author Daniele Ganser, the SACEUR ran an agency called the Clandestine Planning Committee (CPC) that was responsible for coordinating Operation Gladio.[13]

Calls for coordination with our State Dept, coordination with intelligence services, coordination with our psychological operations unit to take all of our assets in that West African region . . . in that case, they planned to work with the unions.  What they did is they embarked on a social media influence campaign.  They would activate all their media assets, all their civil society institutional assets, and all their union assets to have the union labor pool in that West African country.  Actually, there was one thing that happened first.  When they first went in this hypothetical, the State Department sent in a delegation to persuade the West African country to forbid the development license to the Chinese developer and the head of that West African government said no because something was happening in the hypothetical in the next 30 days there was a time sensitivity to generate an instability event to stop this using time sensitive emergency and so the way they generated that was they worked with their Union contacts in the region and the media contacts in the region and created this whole social media campaign to inflame the sentiments.

SOJTF-C activated the CMSE who working with local branches of the Naruvian government, the DoS, USAID, and NGOs established job fairs near protest areas providing disaffected workers with alternative employment options within two weeks the construction company lost 60% of its required labor pool.  They first directed The IWC to initiate their previously developed influence campaign relying on civil-economic information provided by the CMSE, the IWC's approach empowered IWTFs in coordination with the JIIM to inflame long-standing friction between Naruvian workers in Chinese corporations within days protests supported by the CFTs ODA, erupted around Chinese business headquarters and their embassy in Ajuba simultaneously the IWC-led social media campaign illuminated the controversy to a global audience.  

In this hypothetical the Chinese mining firms and Chinese industry was employing a lot of these Africans and it was to destabilize the country to bring the mines, to the factories, to bring all the Chinese production in the region to put all these Africans out of jobs and to bring the African government effectively to a standstill.  At the same time, in their own special forces manual it called for support from USAID to provide these same striking miners alternative jobs.  So that while they were striking from the Chinese labor companies they were still getting paid by the US taxpayers so they were financially bribed effectively to boycott Chinese industry into devastate their own countries government, create this crisis

and then use the state department delegation to go back to the negotiating table with the West African government to promise to end the destabilization if the development was halted.  And in that hypothetical, the West African government then rejects the license for the real estate development of China.  And that is declared as an unalloyed success by the US Special Forces and their partner Network in the state department of intelligence and this is the way of our diplomacy in 2021 and this is all publicly available if you look at the Special Forces prospectus and when this goes live I'll post this on my ex account at Mike account at MikeBenzCyber so that you can don't take my word for it but this is how we operate and so I see what we're doing with these missile attacks and with these calls for our 12 CIA bases on the Russian border to be able to do long-range precision guided strikes into Russia as maybe setting off World War 3, but it may also be part of a destabilization threat that gives Russia a reason to give the territories back to Ukraine in order to stop the blood from its own main arteries.
