Sheriff’s “inspection” was looking for unlicensed weed

walt Rizzney observes that  

1. They need a warrant to search anything. 
2. They needed probable cause to arrest him, and asking to see a court order isn’t that.  

3. They didn’t even read him his rights before placing him in handcuffs, so the arrest is null and void and none of the evidence can be used if they

Behavior Health Therapist, Larissa M. Carpenter, weaponized the military medical system against Captain Seth Ritter

This Army Behavioral Health Tyrant, Larissa Carpenter, colluded with Captain Ritter’s Chain of Command and began to weaponize the Medical System against him. This was ALL because Captain Ritter brought a formal complaint to the Criminal Investigation Division, regarding a General’s unlawful conduct. She, along with everyone in his chain of command, KNOWINGLY violated the Military Whistleblower Protection Act outlined in AR 600-20 CH. 5-11, 5-12, and 5-13. Criteria for an Emergency MHE were not met in accordance with DoDI 6490.04. She didn’t know Seth, but decided he needed an acute emergency behavioral health “pat down” and psychotropics that chemically react with each other (side effect: death), based on NOTHING! Now, multiply Captain Ritter’s situation by 1,000,000 and that’s what these NPCs do to the real men and women who stand up to do the right thing.

We have been working closely with him for quite a few months.  I know him well, and when we got the word on Monday night, April 4th at 5:00, Arizona time, so 8:00 eastern time where he was, that they were detaining him on a psychiatric detention AFTER he had filed the criminal complaint. It was clearly retaliation for filing a criminal complaint.
