MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE
2/3 but not much else. Mag Malate & Mag Taurate are good sources of magnesium for fatigue. Both these forms are excitatory & energizing ( those prone to anxiety do not use ) & they do not reach the nervous system. Mag Oxide is a poor form of Mag & a waste of money.
