DR. BERG: MAGNESIUM IS IMPORTANT FOR ENDOTHELIAL HEALTH
What I liked about Dr. Berg's presentation here is that he is specific on the benefits of magnesium compared to some self-professed "gurus." He explains that magnesium is important for ATP cycle and cellular energy. While the spike protein is altering environment of your cells, magnesium helps to counteract that. Also, loved it when he explains magnesium's benefit on the endothelial cells that the spike tends to attack. Good to hear him recommend, of all the forms, magnesium glycinate.
Jennifer Depew, a Registered Dietician, has made this argument for a long time, so if you want to tackle most of the areas of harm from the spike proteins, be sure to visit her sites.
