"COVID-19 is not a real deadly agent, but Dark Winter is."

Thanks to Edward Curtin

Heiko Schöning speaking about the 2001 anthrax deceptions and those being perpetrated today.  Schöning is a German doctor and one of the world-wide leaders fighting to expose the truth about COVID-19 and the World Economic Forum’ “Great Reset.”

"COVID-19 is not a real deadly agent, but Dark Winter is."  And Joe Biden announced that a dark winter is coming.  So what does it mean for us?  Dr. Paul Kahn from the University of Arizona said that anthrax was coming from the U.S. Army itself.  Well, that's pretty interesting, given the fact that President Trump declared that the Army would be administering vaccines "to the American people."  So as people start getting sick or dying, Schoning says that he'll need to determine what is causing these outcomes--is it SARS COVID-2 or anthrax.

Dark Winter was the term for a 2001 bioweapons exercise.  Wikipedia explains,

Operation Dark Winter was the code name for a senior-level bio-terrorist attack simulation conducted on June 22–23, 2001.[1][2][3] It was designed to carry out a mock version of a covert and widespread smallpox attack on the United States. Tara O'Toole and Thomas Inglesby of the Johns Hopkins Center for Civilian Biodefense Strategies (CCBS) / Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), and Randy Larsen and Mark DeMier of Analytic Services were the principal designers, authors, and controllers of the Dark Winter project.

Bill Gates at the 15:20 mark says, "the idea behind a bioterrorist attack is kind of the nightmare scenario because they're a pathogen with a high death rate.  Now, the good news . . . ."

Proper Form of Running

10 ESSENTIALS OF LEG MOVEMENTS

1.  Take off and land on the midfoot or the balls of the feet.

2.  Run lightly on the feet; don’t pound or plod.

3.  Land with the foot and the knee pointed in the intended running direction.

4.  Avoid leg collapse, which is the sinking of the hips and knees as the feet strike the ground.

5.  Actively paw the ground upon landing and push off quickly with each step.

6.  Straighten the ankle, knee, and hip joints upon takeoff.

7.  Life the foot toward the butt quickly after pushing off the ground.

8.  Drive the knee forward and upward as the leg swings forward.

9.  Pull the toes toward the shin as the leg swings forward and prepares to land.

10.  Choose a stride length that feels natural and comfortable; ideally, the feet should land beneath the hips as close to it as possible.
