Methylene Blue + CBD Mitochondrial Support Protocol This protocol is designed to boost mitochondrial function, enhance energy production, and protect against oxidative stress using the complementary effects of methylene blue (MB) and cannabidiol (CBD). 1. CHOOSING THE RIGHT FORMS OF METHYLENE BLUE (MB) Methylene Blue (MB) FORM:
Pharmaceutical- or research-grade USP methylene blue (avoid industrial-grade MB with heavy metal contaminants).

DOSES:
Low dose (0.5 mg/kg/day): Antioxidant and neuroprotective.
Moderate dose (1–2 mg/kg/day): Enhances mitochondrial ATP production.
High dose (>3 mg/kg/day): Increased serotonin syndrome risk; avoid with serotonergic drugs.

CHOOSING THE RIGHT FORMS OF CANNABIDIOLS

FORM:
Full-spectrum or broad-spectrum CBD oil (preferred) for entourage effects (terpenes, flavonoids, minor cannabinoids).

Nano-emulsified CBD (optional): Faster absorption and bioavailability.

DOSES:
Low dose (10–25 mg/day): Mild neuroprotection, stress reduction.
Moderate dose (25–50 mg/day): Stronger mitochondrial support and inflammation control.
