Nattokinase is an anti-clotting enzyme, not an anti spike protein enzyme

A consistent diet with functional foods is probably the best remedy AFTER exercise.  Exercise really is the magic bullet.  If you're putting reliance on healing with supplements and food alone, that's weak thinking, and it means you're not prepared to do the hard work of exercise to maintain optimal function of your organs or your body as a whole.  

I knew about Nattokinase in May of 2021 [from reading Sardi here, here, and here] and when I got news that family and friends were vaccinated I sent each one a bottle of Nattokinase.  Why is McCullough endorsing this now and not when it mattered?  To disrupt the spike protein, Resveratrol does a decent job.
