The interesting read here is that the younger generation can't even afford a beater car. Even in broke areas back in the day you could buy one for $1-2K working some trashy job and go drive + hook up in cars etc. (talking under 21 range)

An arrest suggests it's a little more than just conspiracy. His company, Konnech, provides the electronic software for elections, and I presume that means to tally votes as well.
