"mentally deranged teachers calling the police on a 4-year-old"

Karens even like to boss 4-yea-olds around and threaten to call the police on them.  In emergencies, people lose all sense, and certainly any measure of what makes for good sense.  They've surrendered their own survival skills because they've been told that they're being confronted with a novel virus, which in their minds justifies novel measures absent of a stitch of evidence rather than established and traditional responses.  And so it is in these states of emergency, fear replaces thinking and learning, and the individual is paralyzed with uncertainty and fear--fear of the unknown, fear of relying on tried and true actions, fear of thinking and of new information.  Doing nothing and thinking next to nothing and accepting the prevailing narrative, or lies, renders the individual a threat to himself and others.  Yet this ignorance is his fallback position. He relies on his own ignorant condition to be his preeminent defense after a person in close proximity is injured by his vax shedding, he can with the cleanest of conscience utter, "Well, I didn't know," as a kind of reward for shutting down curiosity, thinking, questioning.  He can infect with impunity.  They've stopped being curious, surrendered due diligence of finding out the facts.  That's all been turned over, like evidence, to the authorities in their life.  This is what constitutes the Karens.  They could be your coworker, old friends, even family whole you assume a certain familiarity with them, you may find out that they themselves are the radioactive material that could give rise to your demise. They can murder with impunity.

60-minute bout of low-level intensity of aerobic exercise . . . upregulates autophagy as much as a 72-hour fast.

Exercise is fast and fast-forward, particularly when it comes to autophagy.  When you look at the data in rodents and humans, and the reason you might look at the data in rodents is because if you're interested in autophagy outside of the muscle tissue, or if you look into humans exercise and fast autophagy you do a muscle biopsy, that's not too bad, but if you want to look at the liver or the brain or some other tissue, right, difficult to do in humans than it is in animals, so we kind of have to . . . 60-minute bout of low-level intensity of aerobic exercise like 50-60% VO2 max upregulates autophagy as much as a 72-hour fast.

Serrapeptase: Inhibits mucus formation, destroys blood clots, reduces cysts, fibroids, pain and inflammation.

There are approximately 10 million viruses in every drop of surface seawater, but very few are infectious agents to larger animals like fish, whales, or humans.

"Although we can’t see them with our naked eye, marine microbes are the dominant life forms in our oceans,” says Rachel J. Parsons, first author and a microbial oceanographer with the Bermuda Institute of Ocean Science. “They comprise 95 percent of the living biomass in the oceans—more than all the krill, fish, and whales put together.

“They grow at rates many times faster than larger animals. As a result of their sheer numbers, and the rates at which they grow, they are responsible for transforming and shaping the distribution of life’s essential elements—and they help control climate on our planet. Without marine microbes, life as we know it could not persist.”

There are approximately 10 million viruses in every drop of surface seawater, but very few are infectious agents to larger animals like fish, whales, or humans. That’s because almost all of the marine viruses are “phages”—viruses that specifically attack marine bacteria.  Marine phages cannot carry out cellular metabolism and must therefore rely on the metabolic machinery of their bacterioplankton hosts to replicate.
