Okay, so it looks like this claim is presented in Candace Owens' January 2022 documentary on childhood vaccines, called A Shot in the Dark.  Great title for a childhood vaccine schedule where parents are left in the dark about all the vaccines, their interactions, their ingredients, their after effects.  

In two weeks I’m dropping a free video series (11 episodes) to go through the history of every single childhood vaccination on the schedule. It’s taken me almost two years to research.
I want parents to truly have informed consent.
