By presenting deeds of wrongdoing by the United States to the United Nations, this serves to establish the UN as the final authority and arbiter of crime between countries around the world.  Local jurisdictions, like state, county, and district courts will now be rendered impotent.  No problem, right?  Well, not so fast.  What this means is that the international communists will be setting law, defining degrees of culpability, along with penalties.  Countries will now be subservient to the UN.  No more independent jurisprudence.
