That claim seems misplaced. I don't doubt the mental and physical benefits from keto but for psychosis there are plenty of social circumstances that can produce it, like an interminable lack of trust in others you interact with.

Gotta say that her new food regimen is not helping the Young World Leader, for she seems to be aging a bit.
