Every doctor i know today got an email from their medical board threatening to revoke their license if they “spread misinformation” about COVID vaccines. The boards get to define “misinformation” however they choose. Is it “misinformation” to discuss known serious adverse rxns?😳

Don't get the vaccine.  Don't quit.  Let them fire you.  Whatever written justification they put on a pink slip you can contest.  You haven't done anything wrong.  Gather your past performance reviews as proof of your employment satisfaction.  The arbitrariness of tossing someone for the lack of a vaccine won't hold.  Keep the faith.
