), accounts for many disparate pieces of evidence, IMO. Yes, we've had frontline workers report people developing strange symptoms—e.g., "happy hypoxia"—so *something* novel was introduced. However, no "virus" was ever isolated, including for the CDC's own PCR "test." Whatever was released was not lethal (or, essentially, non-lethal), as we now know 90%+ of excess deaths were due to lethal hospital protocols (including remdesivir/ventilation/isolation/etc). I base the above 90% figure on the work John Beaudoin has done looking at death certificates; plus the fact that we have myriad medical whistleblowers who have stepped forward and said that it hasn't been "COVID" killing people, it has been **the COVID protocols themselves.** Furthermore, as Latypova notes elsewhere in this discussion, "lab leaks" happen all the time—if they could result in "pandemics," we'd be getting a lot more of them. In this clip, Smith also shows footage of Dr. James Giordano, PhD, a former US Naval officer and the Pellegrino Center Professor in the Departments of Neurology and Biochemistry at Georgetown University Medical Center, who was a member of the Neuroethics, Legal, and Social Issues Advisory Panel at DARPA. Giordano, who has become internet-famous (infamous?) for his talks on various brain-hacking and biotech devices, describes (in essence) a pandemic scare using the deployment of "high-morbidity neural microbiologic agents" or "neural bugs." (Note: "high-morbidity" not "high-mortality.") While Giordano explains using, in essence, a gain-of-function "bug" to produce "sentinel cases" for a pandemic scare, note that Latypova says that "most of the things he mention[s] [are] intoxication agents or chemicals." The pharma insider adds, "chemical attacks...are more reliable than biologics attacks...[and] all these [naturally occurring biological agents] no matter what you do with them in the labs...quickly denature outside; or even indoors, exposed to air, and normal circulation and so forth." Note that this is supported by the work of none other than Ralph Baric. Baric, for example, concluded in a now-infamous paper published in 2016, dubbed "SARS-like WIV1-CoV poised for human emergence," that: "Focusing on the severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS)-like viruses, the results indicate that the WIV1-coronavirus (CoV) cluster has the ability to directly infect and may undergo limited transmission in human populations. However, in vivo attenuation suggests additional adaptation is required for epidemic disease." In other words, Baric et al., tried to make a GOF virus, but it petered out too quickly to qualify for "epidemic disease" potential. Furthermore, note that Giordano doesn't describe a real "pandemic" or even epidemic—he only describes introducing "sentinel cases" at "key sites" (like Des Moines, Seattle, Houston, etc.) and then "[rippling] the sheets of the worried well" in order to "get every hypochondriac running to their physician." Also, perhaps the most salient point: If the intention behind the COVID scam was to maim/slaughter/sterilize humanity en masse (and of course it was), why rely on a worldwide "vaccination" campaign if massive damage was doable with a GOF "virus"?  

The injections are bioweapons. The GOF "virus" is the scary narrative (seeded with a chemical weapons release) that got people to line up and stick the poison needles in their arms.

That does not exist, never happened. Okay? Now epidemics have been historically declared. After you've collected the data about this current season, mortality, and morbidity, and you compare it to the previous years and it exceeded certain thresholds, then you can say you had an epidemic. So [this COVID pandemic declaration is] nonsense. It's absurdity to take a code, some sort of a random code, genetic code that was uploaded on January 9th to GenBank from China and then say, 'Oh my God, this is a pandemic virus.'" Latypova adds: "I've published on this. I've read several of Ralph Baric's long reports. He co-authored a gigantic report—it's like a book on bioweapons, published by the National Academies of Science in the US. [And] there's numerous very prestigious authors of this book [as well]. They all unanimously say, 'We do not have scientific knowledge that today can predict from the genetic code how dangerous [a] virus is going to be or even if it's going to infect anyone. So how is it possible that they have a sequence that somebody uploaded? "By the way, those [SARS-2] sequences, they're not accurate. They're always consensus sequences because PCR is error-prone. So you have to do numerous runs then average it out and then say, well, sort of like this sequence. Right? But it represents nothing. It's an averaged code." Lerman adds:

My name is Sasha Latypova.  Thank you for listening to me.  I speak in support of s1036.  My career for 25 years has [been] spent on pharmaceutical research and development, working on hundreds of clinical trials, including for large companies, like Pfizer, who were my key client and investor.  I interacted with FDA on behalf of my clients in regulatory submissions. 

Doug Cameron was permanently disabled by a single shot from Janssen vaccine lot 18-05020, manufactured in December 2020.  This lot is associated with over 1300 adverse events and 25 deaths, including one person in Idaho, 56-year-old male.  This lot wasn't the most toxic.  There are lots that generated 5 to 7,000 severe adverse events and hundreds of deaths per lot.  In my 25-year career, even a fraction of these events would have resulted in the total product recall from market.  This never happened.  FDA never enforced any pharmaceutical law.  They do not enforce pharmaceutical law in relation to EUA countermeasures on the public health emergency.  This is federal law.  These products are currently covered by PREP Act declarations, which are still in place until the end of 2029.  So the law is not enforceable.  People were not informed about it.  There are no expected consumer safety protections, such as good manufacturing practice enforcement and marketing claims of enforcement.  Everyone who advertised these shots as nearly 100% safe and effective used these empty words without any legal meaning.  Lack of good manufacturing practice enforcement for these shots means that no informed consent is possible or meaningful, because neither the healthcare providers nor the recipients have assurance about the purity, potency, and safety, nor about the content of the vials, and the content varies by gigantic amounts from lot to lot.  When taken to court for false claims of efficacy and safety, pharmaceutical companies, including Pfizer and others, have successfully used the PREP Act as a liability shield today, claiming that they delivered what the government ordered, large-scale manufacturing demonstrations, meaning fraud by definition.

06:26  and I'm going to jump in Sasha, because I think we might differ here.  I don't know what it was and I think the point that we're making in the dossier is that it doesn't matter . . . what the trigger was . . . so the fact that everybody's focused on whether it was from a Pangolin or a raccoon dog or the Wuhan lab, it's not beside the point, it's an interesting question, but it is not what destroyed the world.  What destroyed the world was the lockdowns and the vaccine mandates.  That's what destroyed the world, and so what we're asking people to do is re-focus.  What was the origin, not of the virus, what was the origin of the response, because the origin of the response is what destroyed the world. 

11:00.  Sasha and I agree on all of the global control issues, and I think the important thing to realize here is that, for me, it's more structural and systemic that they were trying to use COVID-19 to kill people because I think if they were trying to use COVID-19 to kill people, it didn't do that great of job, or the vaccines, or the so-called whatever, the MRNA technology was.  I don't think it did a good enough job for that to be the justification.  It might have been.  I'm open to that interpretation.  IMO, the global structures that have been put in place and that have been growing and growing and growing especially since 9/11 and since the fall of communism, which are these supranational corporate public-private Partnerships that really pretty much controlling everything right now in the world because National governments don't have too much power anymore.  And the one that is in charge of military bio defense, so responding to biological whatever, is huge.  It's an enormous International Global conglomerate that includes pharmaceutical companies, Global pharmaceutical companies and all their subsidiaries.  So just think about how many tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, of people already are just employed in that.  Then we have all the academic institutions and the journals and the governmental agencies that are in charge of those things, and it becomes a "too big to fail" entity.  That's how I think of it, it's a "too big to fail" entity, and so if there is no outbreak and there is no biowarfare bio-terrorism, they have to . . .  something has to happen to justify their existence.

Like right? "And Tucker Carlson is all like, oh, you were such a wonderful you know, you're a doctor from Stanford, like, 10 years of training in Stanford. Oh, but you quit on your 30th birthday. Turns out all of it is a lie. So my friend, Debbie Lerman, actually a journalist, did actual journalism, digging deep into their backgrounds, and she found that these two clowns, Calley and Casey Means, first of all, she's not a doctor from Stanford. She quit some surgical residency in Oregon State, but somehow, Tucker Carlson repeats numerous times that she's a doctor from Stanford. "And she's so amazing. RFK Jr., somehow, in his acceptance speech in Arizona rally when he went to join Trump's campaign, promotes Calley Means as if he's such a, and everybody's like, who? You know? But he says, oh, he's been working for me. He's such an expert in soil regeneration. No. Nobody knows. Like, it's these two, Calley and Casey Means, come from a family of Deep State as Deep State gets, including their father is a Knight of Malta, a thousand-year-old organization. In the contracts for vaccines signed by Moderna Pfizer Emergent BioSolutions, AstraZeneca, and many other companies with the Department of Defense, there is a clause that says, "If no current PREP Act declaration for this particular indication, such as COVID-19, then whatever we [the pharmaceutical companies] have already shipped to the US government under this contract is not for human use."  So they know that the only way that they can maintain this is by these bad laws, and illegal frameworks remaining in place, and they know that what they are shipping is not for human use.  And so as local authorities, I encourage you to find ways to educate your public about the dangers of the shots.

You have the ear of Trump and Kennedy, and we need to convince you that no child should be given the option of getting this modified synthetic mRNA shot that has dire consequences if it goes wrong.  And it doesn't go wrong in everybody, we know that.  But there's different varying degrees, varying numbers, 4%, 15%, 1 in 500, one in 800, serious adverse reactions.  You should see the patients in my office that come to see me with these injuries.  It is life-changing, and there's nothing we can do for these people.  It's very hard.  They don't get better.

00:42  I have young people older people but it's . . . a lot of it is neurological, which is very difficult to fix.  I don't see the myocarditis, the stroke, that sort of thing because I'm outpatient, but I see these people with really chronic, debilitating health problems.  I looked at my new patient appointments and in the two years following the rollout of the COVID shots, 7% of my new patients were coming to see me for injuries directly related to these shots.  They typically get the million-dollar work up.  They see a bunch of other doctors.  They're never reported to VAERS.  None of the patients who came to see me were reported to VAERS, even though the onset of their symptoms was in close proximity . . . and that's another thing.   VAERS is 1%, 1%, it's only a reflection of 1%.  Oh, the injuries . . . so neurological.  I see POTS [Postural Orthostatic Hypertension] which is where the blood pressure fluctuates up and down erratically with no triggers and that's very difficult to treat 

01:39.  POTS is Postural Orthostatic Hypertension, it is caused by mitochondrial damage to cytochrome-1 in the mitochondria.  

And these people, there's just not a lot we can do for them.  You know a lot of people slowly get better but I have one patient with severe vertigo that just won't go away.  

A young guy, 10 years younger than me, otherwise healthy, who is now just completely debilitated.  He can barely walk.

I have another patient with severe tremors.  I mean he's a CEO of a company, maybe 5 years older than me, otherwise was previously healthy, he now just can't stop shaking all the time.  All the time.  

Another patient with severe, unexplained pain in her flank.  You know, she's had all these imaging studies and nothing shows up.  She was previously healthy, and just now she's debilitated by this unexplained pain . . .

Latypova, referencing the work of 1913 Nobel Prize–winner Charles Richet, notes that this is why it is of paramount importance to stop "vaccinating" people if we wish to stop the chronic disease epidemic.
"Everybody must understand, and this is also not taught in medical schools usually...that injection of something and ingestion of the same thing are vastly different in terms of safety," Latypova says. She notes that "it's not necessary to have toxins injected. You can inject things that are considered safe to eat, such as...regular food proteins—[like] milk, soy, corn, gelatin, [or] casein, which is a milk product," and still cause a negative, or even deadly, reaction. Latypova notes that GRAS—or substances that are "generally regarded as safe"—including the aforementioned proteins are now "used both in food and in...vaccines." Latypova notes the following as an illustrative example: "You can ingest snake poison. You can ingest trace amounts of metals, and it's not a big problem. Your body will reassemble these proteins or just pass through the toxins through your liver and kidneys, and you will get rid of them. This happens with all proteins that we consume. [But] if you inject raw organic milk into somebody's bloodstream, you can kill them with anaphylaxis immediately, or you can set off a lifelong allergy, which is lactose intolerance." Latypova goes on to note that allergies are "not benign." She adds, "Food allergies especially are hard to detect, [and] it takes decades to realize what you're allergic to. Over time, they destroy your digestive tract. They cause dysbiosis, meaning the replacement of beneficial bacteria with some other species or just a complete die-off. And that sets off, downstream, all kinds of other issues such as metabolic problems, obesity, diabetes, and cancers, because your gut creates neurotransmitters. [Other problems include] all sorts[, like] Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson's, all those neurodegenerative diseases. They're also related to the gut and destruction of your gut." "On top of [that]," Latypova says, "vaccinations continue, so people keep getting more and more vaccines. So if maybe the first few didn't do it, eventually, something will do it. So it's like a Russian roulette. And so now we have this chronic epidemic of obesity, diabetes, heart conditions, neurodegenerative cancers, even in younger people. And when it's so explosive in younger people, it's all vaccination related.

13:13.  Can we talk about that revelation that you primarily broke.  It was your interview with RFK, Jr over 2 years ago with your evidence.  And I think you worked with Katherine Watts on that project, and Sasha found the government documentation, the orders, the documents that determine that the shots were countermeasures and that the deployment of lockdown, the determination of non-essential and essential workers, the protocols, and of course, Operation Warp Speed, the creation of the deadly the deadly mRNA technology, was a military operation.  This was confirmed actually in Brooke Jackson's case, when it was dismissed.  Essentially, the reason it was dismissed was because Pfizer came back and said, "Hey, listen, it's not us.  We didn't commit any fraud.  We just delivered fraud that the government ordered, that the military ordered from us," and the judge was like, okay.
