So in this conversation with Dr.  Shokar, did he ever tell you that if you wouldn't give him a pre-authorization for a ventilator that that would mean he was going to label Grace, "Do Not Intubate"?

No.

And there is a difference to you, is there not, between a pre-authorization versus actual intubation?

Definitely.

Did Dr. Shokar ever tell you that once he then labeled her "Do Not Intubate," that also meant to him he would then place a "Do Not Resuscitate" order in her chart?

Over-ruled.

That was never stated.  In fact, when I was first on the stand here last week I explained very simply if that question would have been posed that way or that statement that way, just so you know if you don't want to give us a pre-authorization for a ventilator, that means DNI to us.  And once we label somebody DNI, that means a DNR order will go in her chart.  Well, all kinds of red flags would have gone up at that point.

And in terms of the red flags that would have gone up, you also heard some testimony during this trial, somebody questioning, "Why didn't you call Jessica and let her know that Grace was labeled "Do Not Resuscitate," DNR, do you remember that testimony?

I do.

Because we had no idea she was labeled "Do Not Resuscitate," DNR.

On October 10, Scott was forcibly removed from the hospital by an armed guard, accused of having COVID symptoms and interfering with care. During the 47 hours Grace was without an advocate, staff administered Precedex, a sedative, increasing its dosage six times. On October 13, while Grace’s sister Jessica was briefly absent, the hospital restrained Grace, leading to her defecating in bed. That same day, Dr. Gavin Shokar placed an unauthorized Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) order on her chart, despite the family’s explicit refusal to authorize ventilation or DNR status.

You have the ear of Trump and Kennedy, and we need to convince you that no child should be given the option of getting this modified synthetic mRNA shot that has dire consequences if it goes wrong.  And it doesn't go wrong in everybody, we know that.  But there's different varying degrees, varying numbers, 4%, 15%, 1 in 500, one in 800, serious adverse reactions.  You should see the patients in my office that come to see me with these injuries.  It is life-changing, and there's nothing we can do for these people.  It's very hard.  They don't get better.

00:38.  What kind of people are they, what age group, and what specific . . . ?

00:42  I have young people older people but it's . . . a lot of it is neurological, which is very difficult to fix.  I don't see the myocarditis, the stroke, that sort of thing because I'm outpatient, but I see these people with really chronic, debilitating health problems.  I looked at my new patient appointments and in the two years following the rollout of the COVID shots, 7% of my new patients were coming to see me for injuries directly related to these shots.  They typically get the million-dollar work up.  They see a bunch of other doctors.  They're never reported to VAERS.  None of the patients who came to see me were reported to VAERS, even though the onset of their symptoms was in close proximity . . . and that's another thing.   VAERS is 1%, 1%, it's only a reflection of 1%.  Oh, the injuries . . . so neurological.  I see POTS [Postural Orthostatic Hypertension] which is where the blood pressure fluctuates up and down erratically with no triggers and that's very difficult to treat 

01:39.  POTS is Postural Orthostatic Hypertension, it is caused by mitochondrial damage to cytochrome-1 in the mitochondria.  

And these people, there's just not a lot we can do for them.  You know a lot of people slowly get better but I have one patient with severe vertigo that just won't go away.  

A young guy, 10 years younger than me, otherwise healthy, who is now just completely debilitated.  He can barely walk.

I have another patient with severe tremors.  I mean he's a CEO of a company, maybe 5 years older than me, otherwise was previously healthy, he now just can't stop shaking all the time.  All the time.  

Another patient with severe, unexplained pain in her flank.  You know, she's had all these imaging studies and nothing shows up.  She was previously healthy, and just now she's debilitated by this unexplained pain . . .

Kruse refers to Tim Noakes' multimillion-dollar lawsuit at the 03:45 mark because patients thought he was practicing outside of his specialty on the internet.  It cost him almost $2 million dollars.

The CARES Act, again a central, centrally planned device.  It's a behavioral modification device, and it modifies the behavior of the hospital administrators.  The CARES Act funds through cms.gov.  If you type into duckduckgo search cms.gov and NCTAP program, that's the COVID payout program, you'll find a 20% adder for the use of Remdesivir, Barisythinib, and it's not expressly stated.  But I talked to an accountant within the system, and she said "Oh, ventilators too."  I'm like well it doesn't say that.  She said, "No, no, that's in the program too."  So it's not just getting $400 a dose for Remdesivir.  If you have a million dollar ICU stay over a month, then the entire hospital bill gets jacked 20%. That's an extra $200,000 to run Remdesivir through your veins just based on a positive test walking in the door. 

So they got 60% compliance through solicitation, right?  So they solicited administrator; that's an inchoate crime term. solicitation right like conspiracy the solicitation gathers in estimating let's say 60%.  You get 60% compliance.  Well, that's not enough.  You know, there's 40% that are going to speak out and they're going to crush the whole program.  Well, they get the next 30% through coercion.  You get the Federation of State Medical Boards, FSMB, American Board of Internal Medicine, ABIM, American Board of Family Medicine, ABFM, American Board of Pediatrics, ABP, and all the other boards to coerce.  And if you go on the web right now you can look up joint statements ABIM, ABFM, and ABP.  And what will come up is a joint statement from 2021 from the CEOs of those three certification boards.  These are NGOs.  These are not even the government.  They are not State Licensing boards but you can't operate in a hospital without having board certification from ABIM, the American Board of Internal Medicine.  So the joint statement says any doctor spreading vaccine misinformation will have his license suspended or revoked.

Stuff that they don't like.  Exactly.  That's exactly right yeah.  So they basically get a bunch to comply, another 30%.  So now they're up to like 90% compliance well over the 10% stragglers.  Then they go out and make examples of a couple of people who are pretty well known, like Meryl Nass, who wrote some books on anthrax.  And she's very well known, and they made an example out of her in Maine.  They suspended her license.  Why?  Because the governor's sister, Dora Anne Mills, heard Meryl Nass mention the word Ivermectin on the radio.  So they made an example out of her publicly.  They made an example out of Dr. John Littell [who was kicked out of a meeting where hld of the benefits of Ivermectin, treating patients with Hydroxy, and excess miscarriages] in Florida very publicly, and a number of other doctors.  So that gathers in another 5%.  So 60, 35 now you're up to 95%, 

02:45.  And can I say there was a tweet by another doctor who was being just decimated by the Texas Board of Medicine.  Her name is Mary Talley Bowden, and she tweeted,
