I never knew you were also an OTA expert! That’s good to know. It would have been even better to know this right around 2020 when you were busy writing COVID guidebooks and faking science with famotidine for $21M for DARPA. The OTA contracts for COVID countermeasures were issued by the DOD for about $50B back then. It would have been great to have you utter some mention of it on Joe Rogan’s or Dark Horse podcast or some other high-profile social media venue to mislead Americans who all thought they were getting safe regulated pharmaceutical products and not unregulated, dangerous, liability-free EUA military countermeasures. Why didn’t you say anything back then? Why didn’t you say anything in the January 16 Doc Malik interview to disprove what I said about the OTA/COVID contracts? What evidence of OTA expertise can you offer other than an angry assertion that you have it? Why did you wait to claim you have expertise in this topic until non-OTA-experts, 

Katherine Watt and I found and reviewed the relevant law and the contracts, and until Debbie Lerman, a journalist and not previously an OTA expert, figured out why and how HHS “partnered” with the DOD to circumvent their respective OTA restrictions? Turns out that was necessary to order a massive volume of “prototypes and demonstrations” (unregulated chemical poison) and pretend these were regulated medicines for military and civilians. Did you know this in 2020?

This is a very important case to watch. The family of George Watts, Jr. a 24-year-old man who died from COVID-19 vaccine-induced myocarditis filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD), the Chief Operating Officer of Operation Warp Speed at the time that George received 2 doses of Pfizer injections.

Latypova continues, 

Ray Flores, the attorney filed the lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia against the DOD and Lloyd Austin III in his official capacity as defense secretary.

The lawsuit alleges the DOD engaged in “willful misconduct” by continuing to exclusively allow distribution of the stockpiled version of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine that had been authorized for emergency use even after the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) granted full approval to a different vaccine, Comirnaty.

The complaint states that the DOD engaged in ‘bait and switch’ fraud,” misleading the public that Comirnaty “approval” meant that the Emergency Use authorized injections were the same and thus “safe and effective”. The vast majority of the public, including health professionals today to not understand the distinction and do not know that the injections administered to the public are still only EUA. No approved versions have been made available. Also, very few people realize that both EUA and BLA versions are “countermeasures”.

The DOD did this despite being fully aware that drugs granted Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) cannot legally be marketed as “safe and effective” because the FDA standard for EUA is only that drugs “may be effective.”

As a result, the lawsuit alleges, George Watts Jr. was misled into taking the investigational vaccine which lead to his death from myocarditis.

The victim’s family went through the “correct” process, applying to the Countermeasures compensation fund and not receiving a response. To date, the fund paid out a whopping $8K in 3 claims. There is an autopsy conclusion that the victim was indeed killed by the shots. 

When OWS turned over the organizational charts, they shocked everybody because the top organization that had managed OWS was not HHS, which is a public health agency. It wasn't CDC or NIH or FDA. It was the NSA, a spy agency.

It was a pretense for clamp down totalitarian control.

The weird thing about the pandemic was this constant involvement by the CIA and the intelligence agencies, and by the military.  When Operation Warspeed made its presentation to FDA, to the committee they call the (VRBPAC) Committee, Vaccine and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee, (VRBPAC) asked for the organizational charts which were classified up to that time.  When OWS turned over the organizational charts, they shocked everybody because the top organization that had managed OWS was not HHS, which is a public health agency.  It wasn't CDC or NIH or FDA.  It was the NSA, a spy agency.  That was the top agency, the lead agency on Operation Warp Speed on the pandemic. And the second agency was the Pentagon.  The vaccines weren't developed by Pfizer or Moderna.  They were developed by NIH.  The patents were owned 50% by NIH.  Nor were they manufactured by Pfizer or Moderna.  They were manufactured by military contractors.  And basically, Pfizer and Moderna were paid to put their labels on the vaccines as if they came from the pharmaceutical industry.  This was a military project from the beginning.

And then you have 20 different simulations that I uncovered, virus and pandemic simulations, that started in 2001 right before the Anthrax attacks.  And the CIA was sponsoring them all.  The last one was Event 201 in October 2019.  And the participants in there are Avril Haines, the former Deputy Director of the CIA, who's been managing cover-ups her entire life.  She managed Guantánamo Bay, lying on the Senate.  She is now the Director of DNI, Director of National Intelligence, which makes her the highest-ranking officer at the NSA that managed the pandemic.  So you have a spy who is convening these pandemic simulations and each of these simulations going back 20 years, they're not simulating a public health response  They're not doing things like,

"How do we stockpile vitamin D?" 

"How do we get people outdoors, get them to lose weight, get them doing exercise?"  

"How do we develop an information grid with all of the 15 million doctors, frontline physicians, all over the world?" 

Who are going to be encountering their situation so that we can get what they're doing that works, what doesn't work, and put together a model, here are the repurposed drugs that worked, here are the treatments that worked.  None of that happened.  It was an incredible opportunity to manage a pandemic in a way that was intelligent and sensitive and devastating to the disease but we didn't do any of those things.  It was all about how you use the pandemic to clamp down on censorship.  How do you use it to force lockdowns?

Hunter opens up with a Christmas greeting and then tries to console himself over the loss of his friend, CNN and ABC investigative reporter, Drew Griffin, who was a staple here on LA's ABC Eye Witness News on Channel 7 for years.  

Fitts has said that with so many people dying that there will be a glut of things in the market form people's deaths that it will have a deflationary effect on the economy.  People are going to see what's been done to them.  Are you seeing this unfolding now? 

Fitts references the Skidmore Survey from January 2022.  The survey showed that not only were there a significant number of adverse events--deaths and injuries--but there was a significant number of people who understood that it was coming from the injections.  The media has done a remarkably good job at painting a different picture, but at some point you can't defy reality.  So that's coming out and we're seeing it translate into market action.  So in one day we see the insurance companies trading down 30% and funerals trading up 20%, that's a 50% divergence.  So integrating into people lives and their health and in market reaction, it's hard to deny reality. The Doctors 4 COVID Ethics did their 5th symposium on December 19.  Sasha Latypova's "Intent to Do Harm" makes the compelling case that this was not a vaccine, not a pharmaceutical, not a medicine. She said it's a weapon.  The variability in the batches is far too great for it to be classified or described as a medicine or  pharmaceutical.  Of course, if you look at the damage it's caused you can only therefore describe as a weapon.  And she's very experienced.  I mean this is a pharmaceutical executive, somebody coming from the industry, and really knows the ins and outs, the definitions, and legal definitions, regulations, etc.  We're now staring down the barrel of a mass atrocity.  This is a mass atrocity.  This is a depopulation.  This is a genocide.  We're still struggling to find words to describe this.  If you look at the economic restrictions that introduced this it probably killed more people than the injections.  The deaths and injuries are more significant than popularly understood.

5:35. Hunter raises the question of finances. They're running our of money  They can't pay social security.  They can't pay the pensions.  Is this the motivation behind it? 

Something this big has more than one goal, multiple functions, called stacking functions  One, they do want to reset the financial system because we gave had a financial coup d'access to knowledge, and to dramatically increase their politicaltat. But there's something else.  If you look at the central banking warfare model that's run the west for centuries now, if you're the central bankers you cannot maintain control unless you use digital technology to go to complete control.  So digital technology gives the planet the ability for the general population to dramatically increase their learning speed, to dramatically increase their political and economic power unless the central bankers use it for central control.  So you're staring down a situation that is a prisoner's dilemma: you either assert complete control or you lose control.  And I think the central bankers have decided, and the question is why, for a variety of reasons, they're going to assert central control.  Thet have 10 to 20 years to do it and that's what they're moving to do.  They want to chip people like livestock, mind control them like live stock, and have complete control.  Thet don't want to brook any opposition.  And so they're implementing a control system.  It's no longer going to be a financial system.  It's going to be a straight out transaction control system.  And they're saying no freedom of transaction, no freedom of health choices, no freedom of anything.  We want complete control, and unfortunately it looks like that is coming with a form of slavery that is far worse, in my opinion, than historical forms of slavery because it's so physically invasive.  But, now, we're talking about significant depopulation. 

8:10. HUNTER.  Why do they think they can get away with this? 

8:13.  FITTS. One theory:  one scientist who I know and who I have great respect for believes that a lot of what's happened in the last 3 years was to sufficiently terrorize the population to go along with being injected, chipped, and controlled.  Terrorization as a form of marketing the control they want.  Part of this is to put people in fear.  Most important for 2023 is to get out of fear and stay out of fear.  That means being careful not to ingest a lit if TV and not ingesting a lit if mind-control technology.  The reason they think they can get away with it, Greg, is because they've gotten away with ir so far.  I've always said that the crime that pays is the crime that stays. And what we've watched since 1998 is an influential coup and that they've gotten away with it, and the more they get people to ingest massive amounts of propaganda, subliminal programming, all the mind-control tricks.  Now they know that can't last forever, which is why they're talking about putting a chip in you or a neural link in your head all these crazy things.  That's to assert complete control even when you disagree with them.  They can shut down your disagreement. 

Trump put $10 billion dollars into a program Operation Warp Speed to depopulate Americans.  

It takes 10-12 tears to test out a vaccine to make sure it's safe.  

If there was one person in political life who knew how dangerous vaccines are it was Donald Trump. This was a big issue during the campaign expressing his concerns about the vaccines, so he knows.

Trump put Moncef Slaoui in charge of Operation Warp Speed, who was head of research at a pharmaceutical company, GSK, and his expertise was on brain-machine interface.  

I will give Trump credit:  he pulled us out of the W.H.O. and the Paris Climate Accord

Current most dangerous thing is the new treaty from the W.H.O.  They're saying that a 2/3rds vote of the Senate is not required because it's not a change in treaty.  But it is.  It's a new treaty.  Find a template letter at Solari that you can send to your representatives and say you get us out of the W.H.O. and you stop funding the W.H.O. or we're going to be completely stripped of our national sovereignty.  If you go into the W.H.O., you're turning the U.S. into a country who is going to kill you.  

13:00. GREG HUNTER. Is there anyway for Trump to redeem himself?  

13:30, FITTS. I don't know.  If I were in Trump's shoes, I'd say "I made a mistake.  I'm sorry.  And here's what we need to do next year.  But I don't know how you come back from this. L

HUNTER. Karen Kingston was on his True Social, and she got banned, talking about how SARS-CoV-2 is a bioweapon.  It is.  

14:10. FITTS. You can say Trump was on board for a depopulation or Trump got rolled.  Either one is not a case to be made that he ought to be president.  Then he's incompetent.  You've got to hold people accountable.  You've got to tell the truth and you've got to hold people accountable.  That's the only way out of this.  

15:40. FITTS. Every quarter while Trump was president, we did a report card on Trump. It varied.  Great job of getting us out of Paris Climate Accord, getting us out of the W.H.O. to areas where he's doing a terrible job. On the financial coup, Ferrell gave him a . . . I was giving him F's, and Ferrell went down the alphabet giving him a Z.  Trump was a mixed bag.

16:20. FITTS. The president is not running things.  The president is not in charge.  What happened in November 1963?  The U.S. intelligence agencies, military establishment got together and killed the president.  And who controls the Secret Service?  It's the Secretary of the Treasury [today that's Janet Yellen] and the people who run the country.  So the Deep State controls the Secret Service, and there are guns pointing out and there are guns pointing in.  In a highly centralized system, the president has very little power.  Red Button story.  It says everybody in America wants their check.  And the way to get your check is to borrow more money and to print more money.  And so you've had a lit of popular support for the financial coup. And the reason is everybody wants their check.  Put the president in charge.  Hit the population with massive amounts of propaganda and disinformation.  Suddenly, they're screaming they want a vaccine. 

In 2020, the president rolled out the vaccine program that would kill and injure millions of American people.  So he has two reasons for doing it: he's either incompetent or he's breaking the law.  I know what I knew.  I know what I hold him responsible to know and I know what he did.  I know what I would have done: I would have taken a bullet in the head before I implement culling of the American population. 

19:12.  We're talking around in a box where there are no solutions, and we have to go where we can get power and implement real solutions.  In October 2019 when everybody in America was being entertained by the teenage sex life of Supreme Court nominee, Brett Cavanaugh, the House, the Senate, and the White House, Democrat, Republican, both sides of the aisle got together and approved Statement 56 of the Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board, which said that they could keep secret books.  That was everybody.  Together.  So there is no right versus left.  There is no Trump versus Biden.  There is a machine, a spending machine, that is financed with our taxes, and debt borrowed in our name that is being sold into our pension funds and retirement accounts.  There is that machine, and that machine to keep balancing the books is implementing a depopulation plan.  That is the reality that has to be faced and changing the president won't matter.  Now, if you've got your head out of Washington, DC, and started to focus on your state legislators and local leaders, you could start to make progress protecting yourself against the machine.  If you want to make real progress against the machine, you've got to talk turkey about where your money is going, what it's doing, and who are local leaders in the state legislature who are going to support when this machine fails you which if it doesn't do it in 2023, it's going to do it in 2024.  So you better be ready.  You don't have any more time to worry about Trump or Biden.  

So on January 18 [2021], they detect an issue. They do nothing and they kill 60 people at least . . . . After that occurrence, everything else should be considered intentional.

Manufacturers have safety signals in place.  So the signals regarding the unsafe nature of the vaccines were ignored, consistently ignored . . . .  These safety systems exists.  The manufacturers have these systems themselves and they monitor them, and most of the time they detect safety problems themselves.  The vast majority of product recalled are volunteered by the manufacturer.  With automobiles, you get messages from the car deal informing you that this model has a defective part.  Same system exists for the pharmaceutical products.   

8:27  And these systems exist at the federal, state, and county level.  Health authorities monitor and or pull products when there's a problem.   I found one news report in Orange County, California, the Health authority accidentally did their job and on January 18, 2021, which was just two weeks after the rollout of these shots in the United States, they detected a problem with the lot of Moderna, and they said that there were too many "allergic reactions. . . ." And it was reported in numerous news outlets, including CNN, but nothing happened.  And that lot was allowed to continue to be distributed all over the United States, until the end of March, until it ran out, and I counted in the VAERS system over 3,000 adverse events and 60 deaths.  So on January 18, they detect an issue.  They do nothing and they kill 60 people at least, we know that VAERS is under reported.  After that occurrence, everything else should be considered intentional.  And by the way, throughout the world.  This product is distributed throughout the world.  And wherever it's sold in every country, this should be noted by the regulators and nobody did anything.   

10:18  How did this fraud come about with these regulators playing the role of the regulator but they're not actual regulators?  They know, and they're just part of the theater.  I got my information from Katherine Watt, a private citizen and a deep and experienced researcher in legal matters.  She writes at Substack.  It's called Bailiwick News.  She calls it American Domestic Bioterrorism, but it's actually American International Bioterrorism program because it includes many other countries where these products are being distributed. So she revealed this whole scheme, which is actually quite simple.  The United States government and the Department of Defense are running this program.  The U.S. gov't, over many years--this goes back a decade--put in place three key pieces where they removed the regulations that we just discussed.  They removed the manufacturing practices requirements and all the safety monitoring requirements for what they called "countermeasures."  They call these things "countermeasures."  BTW, these vaccines are classified as "Countermeasures."  [Okay, what does that mean?] Countermeasures is a euphemism for weapons.  So the Department of Defense has the right to order these countermeasures, meaning weapons, from private manufacturers, meaning Pfizer, Moderna, and a whole bunch of their suppliers, there's like hundreds of companies that make this.  So these are Emergency Use Authorized, EUA, so no regulations apply to them, and this happens under public health emergencies.  So three things: 1) you have DOD other transactional authority where they contracted bribed manufacturers 2) they make countermeasures, and 3) which are Emergency Use Authorized, and this happens under Public Health Emergencies.  So when those conditions are met, no regulations apply whatsoever.  The only standard for releasing them or deploying them is the United States Health and Human Services, USHHS, had Alex Azar under the Trump Administration, and now currently it's Xavier Becerra.  It's up to that person's sole discretion to deploy these weapons.  If they feel that they may be effective.  That's it.  There's no other standard that applies.   

13:20  Are we talking about Operation Warp Speed, for example? Yes.  OWS is a DOD operation, with the DOD in charge of the entire operation.  Layers of U.S. government that designs, develops, and manufactures these products.  And Pharma is just suppliers.  They execute only orders.  But everything is designed, developed, and manufactured by DOD.  But the legal structure is, once they make these things, the HHS Secretary, Alex Azar, if he decides they may be effective, they're released on the market.  Notice that this is done by the DOD with their suppliers and network and so forth.  DOD is not regulated by FDA.  It's not regulated by "good manufacturing practices" or good "distribution practices," does not have to run clinical trials.  [I don't see how fraud goes undetected.]  The FDA's own website states that 

Consumers expect that each batch of medicines they take will meet quality standards so that they will be safe and effective.

So they expect a certain quality.  But the quality regulators were let off the hook for the COVID vaccine.  Huh.  

Does not have to demonstrate safety and efficacy.  BTW, for these products, no clinical trials are needed because HHS Secretary declares them to be "effective."  They don't have to be safe.  The decision to release them in the market to the American people is left to the sole discretion of the HHS Secretary, in this instance, it was Alex Azar.  The FDA plays no role here.  What FDA has been doing is acting, and playing theater, pretending to be a regulator, so they're impersonating a regulator, and they have no role to regulate these products.  And that's the fraud that has been committed on all of us.  [Among others, I would add.]  We also have leaked emails we see that the FDA pressured the European medicine Agencies to approve these things on specific schedule, and they created this whole panic, by saying, "Oh, my God, if we don't approve by Christmas 2020, the world will come to an end."  So they pushed the European regulators who are also quite aware.  I don't think they're amateurs and they probably investigated the legal structure of this scheme.  And they probably did the same in Australia and everywhere else where they pushed this garbage.  After all the evidence of reproductive healt damage, heart attacks, myocarditis, and nerve destruction, we go to the regulators to have a discussion, showing them the data, but the regulators refuse to look at the data and refuse to acknowledge them.  They tell us to go away, that it's been determined to be safe and effective.  They're acting.  They're pretending.  They're stalling everyone.  We keep going there only to learn that we're barking up the wrong tree. 

19:00  The main perpetrator here is the DOD.  The contracts of the players show that this scheme was planned.  In the U.S. about 400 contracts . . . for everything, vaccines, monoclonal antibodies, masks, swabs, test kits, staffing, logistics, everything related.
