Myth: “No plants = scurvy.”
Reality:
– Meat has vitamin C (esp. fresh cuts & organs).
– Without carbs, your vitamin C needs drop massively (glucose competes for uptake).
– Inuit thrived for millennia. Sailors on dry biscuits? Didn’t end well.
